Service Offline Most of the Time
The service is offline most of the time. The app doesn't load and when it does, the content (channels) are not there. I've had to contact them almost weekly for a one-year subscription. I don't even think I had two months of full working service. Sometimes I have try at least 20 times before the app will open up. Probably the worst IP service out there. Customer service said the problem is on my end, if so, why don't I have issues with other apps. You cannot rely on this app alone. Maybe they don't have enough servers? Something is off. I do like the channel lineup whenever the service does work.
