A+++ communication

A+++ for sending samples prior to full order. A partial pay for the order prior to getting samples was requested but that's perfectly reasonable. Sample cost was about 15% of order cost and was fully applied to total order. I did not have to pay extra for the samples.

A+++ on continuous follow up and providing shipment tracking details

I saw the 1 star reviews prior to ordering so took it slow to make absolutely sure what was received in the end is exactly what was expected. And it was. I always look at the worst reviews first. google is great IMO in regard to reviews (certainly not their politics) because I know businesses cannot delete negative reviews. They can only respond. I know this as I have a multi store business with a 4.8 star rating on google. Bravo to My Packaging Pro for responding to all reviews good and bad. Most business lack in responding appropriately.

We experienced nothing but professionalism, timely discussions via email, an easy purchase process, and a great, quality end product for a fair price.

Great Experience they are on time and good quality

I have a great experience with this company.

After receiving some samples and sending in art, we decided to place an order for 1,000 custom boxes with inserts, close to $3,000 worth. We received the boxes, and while the printing looks nice, we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the boxes. The inserts are made with a flimsy cardboard that doesn't hold up to the weight of our hot sauce bottles (not extremely heavy). And the outer packaging is splitting when folded, leaving sharp edges. I reached out to our rep for them to help in resolving the issues, and her response was that they were stored in too dry of a climate, and we needed to store them in a more humid climate (this was her serious response). I am in a warehouse in Colorado with many other companies that use cardboard-based packaging, and I have not seen others having these same types of problems. That is a ridiculous, shameful response, and I will never use this company again.

We have been using My Packaging Pro for our K-Cup boxes for the past couple years. On our most recent order, we let them know we were almost out of our current inventory and Clayton made sure we got our restock before we even paid our invoice, which was within 10 days of letting him know we needed to restock.

Project came out beautiful and professional

We ordered custom candy boxes with our logo and a heart cut out on the top of the box. They are just what we were hoping for! We were ordering from Amazon and putting out own labels on but these are much nicer and cost less. Thank you Remington

Great service with a nice finished product at an unbelievable low price!

We needed some packaging for a Pre-roll brand we were building. Just got our product today and I we are super impressed. We will be ordering again

Excellent customer service, pricing and quality of product with fast turn around time! We had an excellent experience with the company and Hank Harold! They have earned our business and our esteem and we will working with these guys for all our packaging needs going forward!

Great products, pricing and service.

We had some retail format tea boxes made by MyPackagingPro. Overall, the experience was great, and I was most impressed by the production times. The boxes were embossed on the sides, and even though it was quite a complex design, they were able to facilitate it! The prices were fair for the minimums and communication on the projuct was clear.

I love my boxes and all worked out well. Has some communication problems and know they are not made in USA. But they are a legit Company and my boxes look great!

MyPackagingPro are incredibly quick and responsive. They really make this process as easy as possible, we will 100% continue to work with them on upcoming projects!
