Excellent service from beginning to end in what was a fairly lengthy process. Kept us informed at all times. Always easy to contact by phone. A professional team working together to help us and our buyer work through to a successful outcome. Thoroughly recommend.

My Pad provided an excellent and professional approach. The buyer's first solicitor/conveyencer was very slow at communicating. The team at My Pad frequently had to request updates on any progress. All members displayed a strong customer focus and highly knowledgeable service. I can strongly recommend this Estate Agent to anyone who requires to sell a property.

Can't even put a zero star if I could I would 100%, didn't even get to move in the property despite losing my job, basically spend £1200 for nothing, now I have been trying to get in contact with the landlord about getting my deposit back and even my rent and haven't heard a single thing back, please please please don't rent from These never again...

These people have left off with mold, rat and roach infestation. A ceiling caved in no gutters. Refuses to repair damages or remove the mold. Workers are illegal and unlicensed. They are slum lords do not rent from this property ever.

My Pad are a bunch of crooks. Took £150 security deposit plus £1200 from my son for advance rent. He was unable to stay for more than 3 days due to the condition of the kitchen. He was unable to stomach the smells from the blocked drains. Once the drains were unblocked he was unable to return due to his disability (ASD). My Pad have ignored all of our emails and despite saying we would get a refund have not complied. Do not send young vulnerable people to this accommodation. DISGRACEFUL MYPAD.
