The card has a substantial balance but it will not work online. It does not pass 3d secure. Following the online advice I tried 4 retailers, 2 devices and 2 browsers but it still would not work. I added it to googlepay but it failed there also. I was advised to find a site that bypasses 3d secure (!!! ) and then told to use it ( a digital card) in the shop directly. I only recently activated the card and simply cannot use it. Not sure how I can get my money back now ...

They restrict how you can use the card. You can't use it to fund your cash app or other such apps. You can't use it for google play, you can't use it for apps. Their customer service is dismissive.

Beware of ANY promotional offer for prepaid virtual cards that go through mypaymentvault.

I purchased a Samsung phone via Sky Mobile and there was a promotional offer that I would get £180 prepaid Mastercard with the purchase. The card came through via mypaymentvault (NOT via Samsung or Sky) so it seems like Sky or Samsung outsourced the card offer to them.

I activated the card and even used it for one small purchase. But a few months later, the full remaining amount was wiped off the card and the balance went down to £0 without me using it! It was still long before the card expirty date.

The live chat service on mypaymentvault is completely unhelpful. They just tell you that they can't reinstate the amount on the card and I have to go back to whom I purchased it from. I asked them who that would be and they gave me the name of a company I have never heard of!

The whole thing is a mess. What an absolute scam

This scam company was contracted out to issue a prepaid credit card from a Samsung purchase. An unprintable page of terms and conditions to accept their “credit card” that can only under said terms and conditions (no online purchases etc) along with data sharing and additional consumer rights surrendered. I tried calling the listed consumer help number and was given a list to choose a company of what I believe is their other shell companies operating simultaneously to dodge lawsuits.

Scammers! Just got a 25€ Prepaid MasterCard from Mistplay and it dissappered!!!! No email nothing
But on i will go to court against them

Un servicio de atención al cliente pésimo, te envían correos genéricos, no leen tu correo sino que de forma automática recibes el correo, canjee mi recompensa por una tarjeta virtual Mastercard de 10 € y los voy a perder porque es imposible recuperar la contraseña.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Ich habe einen Bonus auf diese virtuelle Karte bekommen und es ist praktisch unmöglich, das Geld irgendwo auszugeben. Kein Shop akzeptiert diese Karte. Das Geld ist aber teilweise erst mal weg und wird einen Monat(!) später wieder zurück gebucht. Wenn man sich beschweren will, muss man ein Fax nach Florida schicken. Kein Scherz! Natürlich gibt es darauf keinerlei Reaktion.

Can't use rebate card. I received the card and were given instructions to go to my paymentvault.com and to get a PIN well I entered my account number on the back of the card and the three digit security code and it doesn't work. Try it again three times

Tercer comercio en el que intento comprar y tercero que lo rechaza.Hoy es que la entidad que me ha hecho la tarjeta no lo acepta,ayer que era pago recurrente y asi cada dia.Asumo que he perdido 10€ ,pero pienso poner opiniones negativas cada dia,hasta que dejen de hacerlo.

Es una estafa de las 3 tarjetas que he intentado cobrar ninguna me han dejado, todas me piden verificacion de datos después de infinidad de correos pasando toda la información requerida, contestan automáticamente con lo mismo todo el rato sin llegar a nada, al final se quedan con el dinero de todo el mundo son unos sinvergüenzas

They are a garbage company that cheated me out of money. Stay away from this fraudulent company.

It's a fraud site my two payments are stuck after submitting my residence ID they are not verifying...I am trying to contact with them from last two weeks they are not responding poor customer service ...they digest my payment

Utilisant leurs services depuis plusieurs années (je reçois très régulièrement des cartes cadeaux pour une carte virtuelle de 20€), j'en étais satisfait jusqu'à présent.

Cette semaine j'ai reçu un nouveau jeton pour une carte virtuelle de 20€. Lors de la procédure d'activation sur leur site, après avoir lu et approuvé leurs conditions d'utilisation, Je reçois à chaque tentative le message suivant :
"Nous sommes désolés, un problème est survenu lors de votre paiement. Veuillez réessayer dans 24 heures."
J'essaye chaque jour avec le même résultat.
J'ai contacté par mail leur support et après 3 contacts ils m'ont répondu que je devais téléphoner à leurs services aux USA ( +1 (877) 325-8444) !!!
Ne parlant pas bien anglais et vu le prix d'une longue communication, cela ne vaut pas la peine et cela fait perdre 20€.

Je n'utiliserai plus leurs services à l'avenir, et je vous déconseille de les utiliser

just spent two hours trying to get two rebates from T-Mobile with no joy. Mypaymentvault has a rather unique security approach: after three bad password/user attempts you are locked out for an indefinite period. My bank and broker and Amazon and pretty much everyone else in the free world do not do this...MyPaymentvault is the absolute worst! Shame on T-Mobile for being with them.

When I parted mobile phone services with AT&T, I received a$347USD refund in the form of a Mastercard with mypaymentvault com/ATT, Sunrise Banks NA administered by NorthLane Tech, an Onbe Inc Co. I cannot register via the said website. I enter a username and passwords, with correct criteria (upper & lower case, numbers, x# of characters, etc) and not copied and pasted, but they are never valid and never match. All the boxes are checked for the criteria, but it still says "Please provide a valid Password" and I cannot get past this page. Oh just got it. Don't put in ANY characters! Use lowercase letters and numbers only, then put an uppercase letter at the END of your password. A high schooler who didn't pass computer sciences wrote this security page.

Nullisime j'ai une carte virtuelle que je ne peux pas valider. Ils ne répondent pas et quand je vois les avis ce n'est pas rassurant A cause d opinion marketing je perds cet argent

Ganz miserables Unternehmen, schafft es nicht, unterschiedliche Beträge auf eine Karte zu buchen, Geld verschwindet auf Nimmerwiedersehen, trotz mehrfachen Anschreibens keinerlei Antwort von diesem Unternehmen.
Niemals nutzen!!!!!

AVOID: This company steals your money!

I received x2 gift cards from work for this company and both have been wiped clean without me spending the money. The chat function is a bot who refuses to put you through to a human. It tells you to log on to speak to a human, but you can't log on because they have deactivated my account. When telling the Bot this, it gives you a number to call that doesn't exist. When telling the Bot that, it tells you to log on to speak to a human. It then shuts the chat down.
