Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the process efficient and useful for creating future documents. We also appreciate you sharing your perspective regarding billing transparency, as this helps us continue improving how information is presented across the platform.

To clarify, our platform offers two types of accounts: basic access and full access. The basic access account allows users to explore the builder, create documents, and review content before committing to a purchase. With this option, documents can be downloaded in plain text only and premium features are not included.

For users who wish to download, print, or email documents using our copyrighted templates, we offer a full access account for a small fee. This option provides access to all advanced features for a 14-day period. If the account is not canceled within those 14 days, it renews to monthly access. We understand how important clear communication is around subscriptions, and your comments are valuable as we continue refining this experience.

If anything was unclear during your experience or if you have questions about your account or available options, our support team is always available to assist you at customerservice@myperfectcoverletter.com.

Best regards,
MyPerfectCoverLetter Customer Support Team.
