It's so hard to cancel
The quality of the product is good, but they make it very difficult to cancel. You have to email and call. They couldn't just find my account under my name they asked a ton of questions until I told them I wasn't giving them anymore bank info and would file fraud. I didn't trust the company. Then they suddenly could look up my account under just my name. The worst part is after all of it they tried to sale me a discount membership. JUST LET YOUR CUSTOMERS CANCEL

I was unable to use your services I canceled before the promo ended but unfortunately your company did not cancel my services and continue to charge me. I noticed today that I was being charged 2395 on my account for your services so I called today again to cancel as I’m trying to cancel the service representative. Continue to try to get me to continue to offer me other surfaces, I responded no multiple times because I did not want any other services from you guys. It shows on my account that I had signed up for services again today and then turned around and was canceled. I did not like how the customer service rep tried to force me to buy other products from your company that I did not want if you want to please go back and listen to the recorded message. The second representative I called and spoke to was able to clear up everything and did offer me a refund for the last month that I was charged for.
