They quickly sent me proofs, then did again when we changed the picture. They processed it quickly and it shipped to us ahead of schedule. Upon receipt, the picture looked better than I imagined! I’m very excited to give this as a Christmas gift!!

The entire system is built off of AI image generation. The reviews on the website and even the customer support is using a LLM. They claim to not use AI but it is very blatantly out in the open.

Took about 10 takes but were able to get the perfect final product! My wife loved her surprise portrait of our Buster boy.

I’ve ordered 4 portraits and have been very happy with all of them. The process is easy and response time is phenomenal. Would highly recommend if you want a great portrait of your pet.

I've given these as gifts two years in a row and they are always a MASSIVE hit! They 100% capture your unique pet with the added flair of art. Highly recommend if you're as obsessed with your pets as we are!

I really liked the canvas I purchased after some editing but the pillow I also purchased gets an F. It’s tiny and took about 3 weeks to get here from Germany.

Ordered September, sent one email saying they were busy, but would be in touch soon.
No sketch received yet.
Not replying to my emails.
£165 I paid for a Xmas present I can’t afford to pay out for another present.

Shocking!
Will be getting in touch with watch dog and will make sure no one else gets scammed.
Shame on you.

Once I had made the decision to order My Pet Canvas I knew it was going to be ok. I was nervous about the likeness as we all would be. So a couple of proofs later and an email conversation with a person regarding some options I wanted to a add I agreed on an image.. so you’d think there could be no surprises but I was still nervous. My well protected canvas arrived and I still couldn’t open it for a couple of days through nerves!! When I did I literally couldn’t stop looking at it! And laughing! It’s perfect! “Barrie” my English Springer Spaniel has so much character and My Pet Canvas have captured all of it. The photo was one taken on my phone with no planning or expertise in photography. I am so pleased! Thank you.

Wonderful job of my boy Leonard.. I’ve now ordered my other dog and then will do number 3.. Love it

Very disappointed in not being able to review my order as I was looking for a POC email and it came as a pet on canvas email. I have been trying to contact the company for 5 days since I ordered it and cannot get a response.

I struggled at every turn with my experience!! 100% of your emails went to my junk DESPITE the fact that I added your contact info to my approved email list. It was extremely difficult to remember that I had not heard from your org in a while and then go “hunting” for communications!!!
Re the drafts, some were very sloppy and required significant editing.. which, once again, threw the emails into that cyclic junk email thing.

Then, I received a pillow… I swear I did not know that ordered a pillow.. but somehow, I must have agreed to it.

I do not recommend your company because it’s just too difficult to work with it, in many capacities.

Absolutely fantastic product and service. I had purchased a canvas of my cat. It was so wonderful that I bought another canvas of my neighbor's dog as a present for her. It's perfect, and I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas.

Easy to work with and amazing quality!

They never sent my order, despite repeated emails asking for a status. They provided a tracking number which is not recognized by DHL. I placed my order over a month ago and they are totally unresponsive. I am pretty sure this is a scam website that has no intention of fulfilling orders. I would not do business with them.

I've been sending them emails for a week now and they refuse to give me any shipping information. They approved my proof over a week ago and say the tracking information is pending for over a week now! Shipping in the US is supposed to take two to four days. Stay away, no customer support, no phone numbers, no responding to emails, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

Error in the canvas. When I complained I was told it should have been noticed in the review - however there is nowhere where it is mentioned you have to review for such small and detailed stuff - and impossible to notice before you get it on print. It was disappointing that the company didn’t see the error before the print and corrected - as it was a black line in the top of the print that is obviously an error and is easy to see when you see the big print (not the ones sent forward for review where you only look for the style)
Furthermore I tried to do another review which was apparently deleted

I was very particular in what I wanted and the artist met all my expectations!

The process was easy and fun and customer service reps were incredibly helpful. And the end product? Fabulous! My husband, who received the canvas of his beloved Lab as a birthday gift, was overjoyed.
