Ordered Turbo Tax

Ordered Turbo Tax, PayPal button did not redirect me to that website for purchase. Credit card submission was initially rejected due to the odd name not listed on website.
Otherwise order went smoothly, Turbo Tax was easy to download and the product is currently working. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I tried to purchase Turbotax from their website

I tried to purchase Turbotax from their website, because it was $10 cheaper than Amazon. However, after I entered my credit card information, the charge was rejected by my credit card. They are using MATCHING COUPLES as their merchant name. It's kind of fishy that they are using a different name to collect payments. I'd rather spend the extra $10 and be safe.

Dear,

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you have experienced. Our company operates multiple online stores specializing in a range of products, including printed apparel, toys, software, and other digital goods, .... One of our subsidiaries manages software product keys, and we regret if this has led to any misunderstanding regarding our brand names and the products we offer.

According to our records, you attempted to purchase a TurboTax product key through one of our websites, specifically at https://mypuv.com/. If the charge was rejected by your credit card, it is possible that your bank flagged it for security reasons. We recommend reaching out to your card issuer for more details.

If you require any further assistance or clarification, please feel free to contact our support team or link contact https://mypuv.com/contact/. We appreciate your time and understanding and hope to continue earning your trust and support.

Best regards.
