Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate all customer insight as it helps us refine the Myra experience.
We are sorry to hear the piece wasn't what you expected. Myra has operated with the same construction for 13 years and our swimwear is recognised globally for it's craftsmanship and seamless finish. Our pieces do not feature overlocking because they are designed to be completely seamless, which forms our signature look and feel.
Regarding the gusset, our designs do not include gussets as this allows for a streamlined, comfortable fit that has been part of our identity since day one. There is no note on any product descriptions indicating that a gusset is included as this is not a feature in any of our swimwear. We understand this differs from traditional and mass produced swimwear, and respect that it may not suit everyone's personal preference.
Our product notes do highlight that Shade Vanilla may exhibit transparency when compared to varying darker tones in our collection. If you were to contact our Customer Service Team prior to this review a helpful representative would have kindly organised an exchange for a deeper shade.

We completely understand your concerns regarding import duties and taxes. As an Australian-based brand, all orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees and import charges. These fees are solely determined by local authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control.

We aim to be as transparent as possible regarding international shipping by outlining this at checkout and within our Terms & Conditions. We always recommend checking your country’s import policies prior to placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.

All orders are dispatched from our HQ on the same day, so we’re surprised to hear that your order didn’t reach you for two weeks, especially considering AUS Post orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
