During a pop-up event, I found the owner to be condescending and unwelcoming. A situation involving a dress I was interested in made me particularly uncomfortable: I felt mocked and not taken seriously as a customer, which genuinely upset me.

Regarding the company’s online communication, I noticed that some critical comments I had left were no longer visible afterwards. I also observed that positive reviews or responses often appeared shortly after negative reviews, which gave me the impression that critical feedback became less visible.

I also felt that negative feedback was not well received, particularly because it was sometimes publicly shared or commented on Instagram, which made me uncomfortable.

I was also surprised by the positioning of some of the dresses sold. Several vintage dresses marketed as rare pieces are made from synthetic materials such as 100% polyester (for example, some dresses from brands like Derhy and many garments from the 2000s). This did not match the impression I had of the products before purchasing.

Finally, one particular situation raised questions for me. I saw a bundle of five new Derhy dresses listed on Vinted that sold within seconds. A few days later, I saw dresses on the company’s website and social media that appeared to be the exact same pieces, with the same packaging and the same visible details. Based on these observations, I began to question how some of these pieces were sourced and why they later appeared for sale at significantly higher prices.

Overall, my experience was negative, both in terms of customer interaction and the level of transparency I personally perceived, and for these reasons I cannot recommend this shop.

At first, the seller seemed genuinely different, offering nice dresses at fair prices. While the descriptions lacked detail, failing to provide measurments, show the back of the items or their flaws, it felt acceptable given the €100 price range and a new site.

However, everything changed the moment she gained traction on social media. Her prices skyrocketed, yet the quality and service remained exactly the same. There are still no measurements provided, which is highly problematic since she is notorious for sending damaged items or incorrect sizes. Furthermore, fabric tags are rarely shown, leaving me highly skeptical about her "pure silk" claims.

Her business ethics are also incredibly disappointing. She literally built her new publicity by using photos from the very shops she used to call out. On top of that, she creates a false sense of scarcity : for instance, she frames René Derhy dresses as rare vintage gems, when in reality, she simply buys up every listing she can find on marketplaces to monopolize the market.

To make matters worse, no one dares to speak up because she systematically deletes any negative comments and responds aggressively to any form of disappointment. I feel completely cheated and deeply regret supporting this business. I will never spend a single cent here again.

Dress was stunning and the matching accessories and bag were so cute!! The dress was a bit damaged but expected as it is second hand. I just wish there was a tad bit more communication as i’ve never done anything like this before and was very scared it wouldn’t turn up. So i had to message her to ask for an update. Shipping however was very fast once it was posted!

Uses pictures of other vintage businesses. Also, in my opinion, the way she responds to feedback online comes across as aggressive and unprofessional.

What really stood out to me about Reverie Vintage was the moment I opened my bundle. You can immediately tell how much thought the owner puts into everything. It honestly felt like she had picked pieces just for me, everything worked together so effortlessly, and each item had its own little personality while still fitting perfectly into my style.
Her bundles are genuinely incredible. Mine was so beautifully put together and balanced in a way I would not have even thought to do myself, but it just worked. Every piece felt intentional, like it had been chosen with real care rather than just thrown together. It made the whole experience feel really special, like opening a carefully curated surprise rather than just receiving an order.
What I also really appreciated is how much passion comes through in what she does. It does not feel like a typical shop at all, it feels personal, like she is sharing a collection she genuinely loves. That energy shows in every detail, from the selection of pieces to the way everything is packaged and presented. It made receiving the bundle feel exciting and personal in a way I was not expecting, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a bundle a while ago, but it arrived damaged, which was disappointing.

Afterwards, I noticed that Reverie Vintage was using product photos from other vintage shops to promote its bundles. I looked up the original shops and ended up purchasing from them instead. In my experience, the quality was significantly better.

Based on my own experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Reverie Vintage.

Like it was fine I guess ?? She’s always posting her PERFECT hauls or packages so expectations are set HIGH. I got my dress and it was pretty and fit nice but it wasn’t exactly the color I wanted, the purse did NOT match whatsoever it was ridiculous. For paying $342 I expect a matching purse. And it wasn’t just me. I showed it to my friends, family, and coworkers and they all agreed that I was done dirty on the purse. If I’m going to get another vintage dress I will not be going to her again. I was very excited for this experience but in the end I don’t believe it was really worth it.

Ordered a dress but it was badly damaged. There were sequins missing and loose threads.

She also uses pictures of other shops. She claims she only uses it as inspo but it is all clickbait. I even saw pics of one of my fav vintage shops where she edited her own price on the picture even though she did not have the item.

SUCH a sweet, wonderful seller, you can tell how much she cares about her business and her customers. The pieces I received were so magical I feel like a princess!! Amazing 🥹🩷

Everything was a perfect fit, the size, the style and the colour.

Cette boutique est incroyable ! La gérante est trop mimi. J’ai été au pop up à Paris et elle est trop mignonne et honnête en plus ! J’ai essayer une robe qui m’allais pas trop et au lieu de me pousser à l’achat elle a été honnête et m’en a proposer une autre qui était PARFAITE. Franchement vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermer les pièces sont nickel et elle est adorable. Les prix sont plus que honnête en plus donc c’est génial !

she is the absolute best!!!! her prices are very very reasonable for the brands and clothing she sells, she was so sweet and offered a payment plan to me when i couldn't afford to pay for the entire dress in one shot as well!! the sweetest and very communicative.

MyReverieVintage is GENIUS!!! She makes the process so streamlined and simple, all I had to do was give her my measurements and Pinterest board and I got a perfect prom bundle. Especially for seniors, the prom bundle makes so much sense because it saves so much stress! Would HIGHLY recommend. Her taste is exquisite and the pieces she finds are fabulous. My entire family was overjoyed with the results of the prom bundle! I can’t wait for prom now!
Truly, MyReverieVintage was a life saver. I had recently lost my father and was in the middle of final exams for senior year, so not having to stress over a prom dress was absolutely amazing. And honestly, I was shocked at how accurate her bundle was! I couldn’t have wished for a better dress/bag/jewelry. I did receive a tariff charge for UPS but that’s pretty understandable, no biggie! Just FYI.
Also, she is accessible on Instagram! Easy communication was great.
All in all, I couldn’t give a more positive recommendation for MyReverieVintage. Her vintage finds are fantastic, her business model is great, and overall shopping with her was an amazing experience! A+ fantastic, highly recommend. 💕💐🧘‍♀️👑🌟🍀

Had positive experiences overall and very nice communication every single time💓 items are as shown on the website and my bundle had all the things i like, even though the tops were a bit big (that just happens sometimes, every body is different)
