My 5 star review of Myriad is entirely down to Steve Brookes. He is absolutely fantastic. He is a first class engineer, but more than that he’s a really nice guy, helpful and responsive. He’s taught me so much about my boiler that I can now often deal with problems myself with his advice down the phone. He’s thorough, follows the evidence and is only happy when he knows the problem is solved. Also his services of our boiler are always so good, he keeps the machine in good nick and helps prevent problems from occurring Myriad are very lucky to have such an excellent engineer, and please do everything in your power to keep him. I will certainly remain a Myriad customer for as long as Steve is working there

We have biomass boiler installed for about 10 years.Steve at Myriad has been exceptional in providing exceptional client service both on visits and over phone. Prompt, good communication and caring.

Myriad as a firm lacks Steve’s client care / customer oriented attitude. Need to focus more on training engineers rather than how to charge eye watering amounts to their regular customers every time they have a boiler breakdown.

I have had a service contract with Myriad for my biomass for a number of years. The service has been excellent and the ability to talk to an engineer like Steve, over the phone to solve issues is excellent. The knowledge Steve has is exceptional.

Office seems to be a bit awkward, on the hole they do get the job done and they are professional. Very pleased with Steve's work. Would recommend.

We love our biomass boiler and we love Myriad power looking after it – servicing, parts, occasional emergency callout.
Friendly staff who explain what they’re doing, efficient and clear quotations and or around a good service. Definitely recommended.

Does not make you feel like a valued customer

We had a fantastic experience with Myriad Heat and Power during the installation of a solar system at one of our Care Homes. From Lindsey and Ian to the installation team, everyone provided outstanding service. Lindsey and Ian guided us through the entire process with patience and expertise, ensuring all our questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed.

The installation team was prompt, professional, and worked well to complete the job with minimal disturbance to our residents. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of their work.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision to go with Myriad Heat and Power. We highly recommend them for their exceptional service and expertise in solar installations.

An excellent service from engineer Pete, very professional and knowledgeable, did everything possible to ensure all boilers were up and running before he left site. Definitely recommend Myriad and especially Pete for any of your biomass needs.

Excellent service as usual. Pete Miller is the engineer who has been to my house a few times and I have found him to be very helpful and he explains what is going on with my Frőling P4. The price is high but I know I am getting a quality punctual service.

The engineer, Marcus, is very helpful whenever he attends our site or over the phone. He takes time to explain the systems and how to keep the biomass running and always does a good job of maintaining our boilers no matter what the issue is.

Marcus is a very professional and kind of work engineer. Always leaves work place in clean and tidy condition.

Very helpfull and thorough engineer. Started early and was present all day for the full service. Wearing parts checked and will be replaced when necessary. Extra chimney sweeping job on the boiler upon request with no fuss. Excellent.

Field based engineers very helpful and knowledgable but let down but the office based support.
Seems to be no communication between departments.

My oldest boiler is now 19 years old and so is feeling it's age. Last year Myriad told me the fan, which had died, was obsolete and couldn't be replaced, but I found a new one the same day and it was delivered the following day and we have been running the boiler since.
This year a new engineer came to carry out the service. What a breath of fresh air! Helpful, informative with a "can-do" attitude. We still have some of the functions on the boiler which need dedicated repairs, but the boiler is running as well as it was when it was new. Thank you Lee Lancaster!

Good communication from office, prompt arrival, thorough work.

Trustworthy, slightly more expensive than others but they provide a great service so worth every penny!
