We begin by getting to know the person needing support, their routine, personality and what matters to their family. We search our network, consider who may suit them and make personal introductions. We can help families understand what to ask, talk through the practical side of arranging care and remain available if they need guidance along the way. Families and carers choose whether to work together and agree their arrangement and rates directly. Serenova does not employ carers or manage the care provided. Founded by Siana Schofield after six years working as a carer, Serenova brings personal experience to every introduction.

Highly recommend
Serena visited my elderly friend to establish what care she would need for a couple of weeks. She was highly professional and quickly established the necessary care and the appropriate person to help. Conscientious, caring and very willing to help in any way. We were 100% happy with the service and would highly recommend.
