Hi Elaine, thank you for your feedback. We're really glad you're enjoying our face wash! Just so you know, we use our custom essential oil blend to provide both products with the same natural fragrance. It will be the olive oil byproduct and other natural ingredients that you are also smelling in the moisturiser. This is just what their natural smell is. Not suitable for eczema prone skin
Be warned that the product is heavily fragranced and not suitable for eczema prone skin. I contacted the company who copied and pasted their ‘no returns’ policy which is not in line with the rest of the skincare industry, highly unhelpful.

Hi There,
I can assure we use 0 fragrances in our products.
You can see on the back of the box we use a very small blend of essential oils which makes up under 1% of the product.
Our products are cosmetically tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin but we can't promise they work for everyone as that would be 'claiming a miracle' which is not something we would do.
We are a very small business with a standard returns policy in line with the rest of the industry of brands at our size to protect ourselves.

I absolutely love My Skin Feels
I absolutely love My Skin Feels. I get hives which causes skin breakage and sensitivity. MSF moisturiser is the only thing I can put on my skin when I’ve had a hives breakout and I do believe it helps my skin barrier recover quickly. Absolutely love the smell, and because my skin doesn’t react I know it’s not an artificial fragrance. Please never change the recipe because it’s been a game changer.

My third tube

A truly gorgeous duo
A truly gorgeous duo! The cleanser was simple, no fuss. Lather up and apply on damp face. It removed all my makeup with no eye sting ( massive +) and my skin felt clean without feeling stripped of all moisture. Then the cream, despite being quite creamy, went on so smoothly and disappeared quickly with no greasy or sticky feeling. Just moisturised. I honestly can't recommend this enough for us folk who cant be bothered with fuss, but want real! 5 stars!

10/10 for so many reasons!
Brilliant products, worth every penny. The moisturiser is excellent, fast absorbing and not greasy at all. As someone who works outside this product is a lifesaver and no other moisturisers compete in my opinion.

Moisturiser arrived in good time
Moisturiser arrived in good time . Lovely packaging. The moisturiser itself smells beautiful however, I’m not sure if it moisturises well enough for my older, dry skin. My skin is also very sensitive and I’ve had a rash in the usual areas since using it.

Skin reaction to essential oils in product
Unfortunately, my eczema got worse using this moisturiser. The product stings due to the essential oil content. I purchased as advertised as ‘fragrance free’ but it is scented and includes essential oils. It’s a shame as really love the ethos of the brand!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. When we advertise "fragrance free" we mean free-from synthetic fragrances, but we do use a small amount of essential oils to give the products our signature scent. We can see how this may lead to confusion and we're so sorry that that was the case for you - please know it is never our intention to mislead anyone! Our products are tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin and have been deemed safe, and lots of our other customers who suffer from eczema use our moisturiser and have seen amazing results. But, of course, this may not be the case for everyone - especially if your skin may be particularly sensitive to essential oils.
