I have been use mysmartcv from last 4 years and it has been working great for all my interviews. Their wide range of templates and UX stands out among others. The new AI feature makes resume more simplified and translates to almost 60 languages.

I even recommend to my friends and family.

Realice un currículum por el cual el la pagina se me iba a cobrar 50 centimos y acepte pagarlos, ya que es a nivel particular mi interés, pero no acepte realizar una suscripción de un año por 34,90€ la cual se me cobro. Debe de ser tenía letra pequeña la realizacion del curriculum. Estoy besperando repuesta, pero me han dicho que no hacen devoluciones.

I signed up for a 14-day trial and paid a small fee to create a CV. I was charged €34.90 for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. I requested a refund and the company refused despite canceling immediately after the charge. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

be careful with this Service they are coninuesly billing even if you cancel I will not recommed ! better try other CV Services

Proposed me 2 euro use for 14 days. I payed and they decided without any information took 26 euro more! My bank blocked this. The servis is really good on 5 starts! BUT IT IS SCAM!

This website applies Dark Patterns (search on Wikipedia) to scam people. Here is what happened:

1. I googled "doc to pdf resume converter"
2. Their site showed up in the result
3. It directly took me to their editing panel
4. I uploaded my cv (no sign up, no payment asked)
5. After doing all my tweaks, I converted it
6. While attempting to download, they asked me to pay
7. I paid $0.60 as one-time charge for the single conversion as they have asked.
8. Despite paying for a single-conversion, they forcefully put me on a subscription plan. No mention of subscription or anything in their low-effort ugly looking invoice.
9. There website has no subscription/billing/payment page which a user will expect so that they can cancel their payment info. Nothing. No way to cancel.
10. 14-days later (today), they charge me $29.99. They don't even send an e-mail to hide the evidence.
11. I've asked for a refund, they won't.

So the bottomline is, they will take your credit card info, won't let you cancel, and will charge your card.

Visit their checkout page, you won't even notice $29.99 in their pricing cards.

So beware of the fraudsters behind this site. And if you are seeing this review after you've been scammed, my sincere condolences to you.

Hors prélèvement automatique d’un abonnement complet au bout de 14 jours marque nulle part ou alors en petit caractère.
Je trouve ce type de procédé honteux surtout que personne ne vous prévient du prélèvement à la fin de la période d’essai.
