My husband and I needed some help, support, direction and guidance as it was important for us as a couple to try and work on being back ‘on track’. Being together 16 years, like most couples every day life took a toll and we forgot what was important. I reached out to ‘my solution wellbeing’ not knowing what we needed. I spoke to someone over the phone and lady pointed us to Kirsten and booked an appointment. We both felt very comfortable with Kirsten which is really important as we needed to be open and honest with our feelings. After the first session we came away feeling very positive about things. My husband and I did an individual session before coming back together for the couples session which enabled Kirsten to help us further. I can truly say that Kirsten has been a massive help and we are so grateful for her guidance. We would highly recommend both Kirsten and the company. Thank you so much x

My Solution Wellbeing as a whole have been extremely friendly. They’ve followed up immediately when I enquired and understood what we needed. Helia has been counselling my little sister and we’ve already noticed small improvements after 3 sessions. Helia is so kind, respectful and consistent and very supportive and understanding, and we will be continuing our sessions.

Nindie welcomed me with such warmth from the first session, I felt so comfortable and felt heard and noticed. Since having weekly sessions, she helped me gain my confidence back and it has honestly transformed me and my mindset for the better. I recommend her whole heartedly to anyone who is struggling.
