Mysteryboxshop レビュー

Absolutely above and beyond! I wasn’t initially happy with my box, contacted these guys and got an email from Shamus. What fantastic customer service.I didn’t get the usual “mystery box so suck it up.”
I explained my concerns and Shamus was very understanding and even welcomed some suggestions in regards to marking what kind of items a child was in to.By narrowing down likes and dislikes this would definitely help with children’s boxes I feel.
When I wasn’t able to return the box as I don’t have transport and am new to the area, Shamus offered to personally pick up the box from my house and send out a new one.Box was collected at a convenient time for me,and when I mentioned in passing it was for my daughters birthday Monday (despite me happy to wait) Shamus took it upon himself to rush getting my box sorted and personally delivered it to my house within a few hours of his last visit.
I can’t rate the customer service highly enough, and a massive personal Thankyou to Shamus for making sure my lil girl was happy and didn’t go without, genuinely an amazing act of kindness and I can’t stress how much it was appreciated! These guys are great, just be sure to give them some ideas in the notes to help them and their team will smash it every time! The new box was absolutely on point, loads of girlie bits, arts and crafts,LOLs,powderpuff girls, nail varnish! Just fab Thankyou

Was a brilliant gift for my wife's birthday- full of surprises- and no stress for me,might have to work out my own next year unless your product is continually changing? I'd like to know if there are various ions for future reference?

Best mystery box i have ever got. A bit late due to an error on dispatch, but got it in the end. Already ordered my second box..

Brilliant, very good

Excellent value for money! Was amazed how much was inside the £30 Mystery box, and most of it was pretty useful too. I was pleased that I choose this as an extra present for my Brother's birthday!

So much variety and so many products for an amazing price. My mum loved every bit of it as there was so much different and unique things in it that she never knew she needed. Definitely the perfect gift for your mother if you didn’t know what to get her.

Lovely things inside the mystery box, well worth it.

Brought as a gift which was well received. A good variety of items. Delivered on time. I was kept informed throughout.

Quick service. Good products in the box. Better than I expected.

I told my husband that all I want for my birthday is a surprise. Knowing I've always wanted to try a mystery box, he chose one from mysteryboxshop.com. It was definitely a worry as there seem to be a lot of scam ones, but the reviews here gave him the confidence to go ahead. He bought a £50 women's box and I'm over the moon. The first 2 items I pulled out covered the £50! It was jam packed with a very eclectic mix of great quality products. 1 or 2 things I won't use but can easily gift on. I'm going to request another one for Christmas! I definitely recommend

Haven't heard back yet from recipient but otherwise very happy

Very, very impressive service.
There was a problem with some of the items and personalised message unfortunately but when they were contacted they called back and apologised for the error. The company rectified the message and sent new items the same day and the communication was very professional, polite and clear.

Order took a little longer to arrive but was worth it in the end

I was well pleased with my mystery box! Amazing and very useful products with super fast delivery. I will definitely be buying more boxes.

Amazing so helpful in resolving the problem I had Thank you

I was excited to receive this box, it came very quickly and in good condition.
There were quite a few items in the package, if I’m honest some I won’t be using, but perhaps I can re-gift? I’m going to try another box soon so that must say something!

I have made 4 purchases with Mystery box shop and all 4 times my friends receiving them have beem amazed.

Bought a £100.00 mystery box, did not think much what I was going to get, what a surprise, full of interesting items, well worth it, will definitely purchase again in the future.

A great mystery box. Pleasantly surprised by the contents. More than I expected. I'd definately recommend to others. Give it a try!

Would buy again, very happy with the box we received.
