Avoid, avoid,avoid. Trust the reviews, I wish I had read them before purchasing. Still waiting for my refund 2 months in. Credit card company dealing with them now. Complete crooks who send the wrong items then mess you around with the returns process. Have had to chase them nine times and counting. Should not be in business.

I decided to leave a review because they have so many bad ones. I was very hesitant to purchase through them but the seat I required (a Haro wave) is expensive and was difficult to source. So I took a punt as they had it in stock and at significantly less than other limited suppliers. Ordered on the Tuesday arrived on the Saturday, perfect very very happy.

An absolute shambles of a company!
Spent nearly two weeks waiting for article to arrive. After 2 phone calls was informed that item was out of stock and a refund would be issued.

Why I did not check out trustpilot before using this company I don't know.

Returned a valve recommended as a replacement but was not correct a week ago (£136.37). They deny receiving it, the person dealing with it is not here, the manager is on a conference call etc.

Please don't go near this outfit.

Really depressing that there are more and more of these cowboys out there.

Glad I paid by credit card.

Ordered toilet parts in Oct 22. Emailed to say dispatched. Nothing arrives. Calls to enquire result in nothing. Emails to request refund or explanation ignored. Resorted to getting money back from PayPal. AVOID.

I wish I had read the reviews first. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every review I have read with a one star, fits exactly with my experience I had with dealing with them. I was lucky enough to get a refund but what a load of lies and Bull sh-t they gave me before they sorted out the refund.

Awful company. Ordered an item which never came. Said they had dispatched it, DPD said not received. Never came, and they don't respond to WhatsApp messages, No updates, no replies to emails. Disgraceful customer service.

Beware, use this company at your peril. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly the communication is poor. When you can get them to reply, it is curt to the point of rudeness. They then supply you with a totally different part than they have advised and they are picturing on their website. When you return the incorrect supplied goods, it is impossible to get a refund. Even with proof of purchase. PayPal weren't much use either, but that's another story. I had to walk away in the end from my £50 refund as the time and frustration spent, trying to get it, was just becoming too stressful. If Trustpilot would allow me to give NO stars, I would have, alas the minimum is one star and they don't even deserve that. BEWARE

There wasn’t an option for ZERO or minus. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgusting customer service. Dreadfully slow to respond to any queries and then claim to have sent you items that you paid for with no tracking info. Had to get refund via PayPal as being lied to constantly. Horrendous experience

You make your order, they say it is in stock promising fast delivery which is why you go there even though they are more expensive, they give you a DPD tracking number and take your cash. Then nothing. No delivery. Sorry it will be there early next week. Nothing. Sorry it will be there in 2 weeks. Nothing. 6 weeks goes by, nothing. Looking at reviews this is standard practice for them. They claim to have products in stock which they don't, then try to drop ship and either it goes wrong or they don't bother. On Google Street their warehouse is the size of a small garage. Nice website, but lies to customers and failure to deliver. You would be insane to buy from these guys.

MTS Supplied the totally wrong toilet seat! Completely different design and clearly would not fit!

I have to pay for the return cost at £10.65 and it their issue not mine...

AVOID! Utter shocking, I've paid for the return but will be taking this further!

Rang them this morning for a diaphragm for toilet gave them code yes got one in sent my guy over to collect gave him a fiver I wanted the change she has charged him £13.20 I’ve rang back twice no answer absolute stinking rip off I wish I’d gone myself £2.50 to £3.50 tops for that item the reviews speak for themselves il be back but I won’t be buying

Utter clowns. As another person has stated, purchased a cistern fill valve, was sent a different valve, and when I questioned them was told it’s a common mistake customers make thinking the item looks like the picture !?!

Absolute cowboys, they don’t care, send condescending replies and essentially a bunch of thieves. Please avoid.

Awful company to deal with. I placed an order ON THE PHONE, speaking to a company director, clarified the item I wanted and he gave me a price of £132.99. I firstly asked should I order online or by phone, he offered to take the order by phone, I asked him TWICE to confirm my card was being debited with £132.99 to which he agreed. When I checked my account, the debit was for £168!! When I called to query this, they told me it would show on the website when I added it to the basket that there was an additional amount for VAT and delivery. Fail to see the relevance when I was ordering by phone!! They didn’t honour the price quoted and I asked for a refund. Totally lost confidence and didn’t want to deal with them after that…

Don't place your orders here, unless you have low expectations of the order being honored. I placed an order with MTS end of April, and despite being in contact with them by phone, everything is completely unresponsive. I have blacklisted MTS for any future orders from us.
1 star given, because ZERO is not an option.

Purchased a cistern fill valve from these clowns and they sent an alternative (different type) to the one listed on the website. I was hoping to use parts from the new one to avoid removing the cistern completely so the alternative was of no use to me. Spent a week exchanging e-mails with them asking for various pictures of what they had sent me and pictures of the unit they sent together with the old unit. (what that had to do with anything I don't know)
Eventually agreed that I could return the valve but they only provided a partial refund even though they had sent something other than what I had ordered.
Reviewing other feedback this seems to be their normal mode of operation.
The Consumer Rights Act (Sale of goods act) means nothing to this company.

Horrific. Ordered a toilet seat and they delivered the wrong seat after a huge delay. They kept saying it would be delivered 'tomorrow' but that was always incorrect - even the courier hadn't received it when they were saying this. They then arranged a collection of the wrong seat and the courier didn't show. They are now refusing to rearrange a collection as they say the courier did arrive but nobody was in. When I asked if they believed the courier over us they effectively said yes. Rude, poor communication, the wrong product.........I'd advise never to trust this organisation.

Very poor performance and customer service. I laced 2 small orders and quickly received two order confirmations and shipment notifications (both types of communications very unprofessional in format).
After non-delivery of either items I e-mailed "Customer Service" ... received waffle response and eventually received one item. After a further email to "Richard" received more waffle .... and still no item received. I gave up in the end and wrote the whole thing off as a scam. Advice to others - do not try to do business with this outfit !!

My parcel never arrived.
Lost by the delivery company apparently.
No replacement offered. No claim via MTS against the delivery company.
Resulted in a Refund via PayPal fortunately.
Very strange how many similar negative reviews there are. However I can’t put the blame solely on MTS but more their choice of logistic companies.

I instead got my spare part delivered the next day via Toilet Spares limited (scarily similar name) who I would highly recommend.

The website is clearly giving erroneous information on stock-levels. I ordered a part which they alleged to have in-stock and received an order confirmation; this was not followed soon after by a shipment notification so I called the number to check on things. I was told by David that the item was not in-stock but was expected in their warehouse by mid-May! Had I not checked I would still be waiting..and they would not be informaing me of any delays. Having spoken to another on the sales-line it is clear that they are a VERY small operation which is struggling to operate... my advice would be to AVOID if possible or double-check by calling and checking the stock-levels before ordering. The refund time is 7-14days which they are blaming on 'personnel' issues....I was told that Richard (the owner) was away on holiday and so can only conclude that he doesn't consider staffing-levels an important matter.
