Ok gentili mi hanno disdetto l'abbonamento e reso i soldi

I had a membership problem and contacted them regarding it and was resolved within 12 hoelurs which is imressive and would like to thank the management team for their hard work

Depuis plusieurs mois, j'ai un prélèvement de 38,90 € par mois vers cette société où je n'ai rien commandé. J'ai essayé de me désinscrire à plusieurs reprises, mais les mails ne sont pas distribués, je ne sais plus quoi faire.
De plus sur leur site, si les montants ne sont pas utilisés au bout de 90 jours, ils sont perdus.
Fuyez ce site. C'est une arnaque !!!

Ho disdetto l'abbonamento e mi hanno promesso che mi rimborsavano tutta la spesa sostenuta (€9,99). Se mi rimborsano davvero se le sono meritate le stelle date. Vediamo se sono davvero degni della fiducia che gli ho appena accordato.

What a con! No where did it tell me I would be charged £45.85 for a membership fee. I haven't bought anything from them and neither will I. I can't get my money back and they say it takes 2 weeks to cancel the membership I wasn't aware of!
Stay well away from this company. They need to be shut down. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I would encourage anyone who has had a bad experience with this company to take the time to report them to Trading Standards

This is a scam. They take your money and then everything you buy is out of stock and then they won’t give you your money back. BEWARE

Took the time to explain what was the problem

Simple theft unable to unsubscribe. The start look like you are purchasing an item and in the end it's shows u subscribed for a £45monthly subscription.

Depuis le mois de novembre j'ai un prélèvement de 57€ par mois à cette société ou je n'ai rien commandé- j'ai essayé de me désinscrire mais les mails ne sont pas distribués , je ne sais plus quoi faire - et sur leur site il est indiqué si les sommes ne sont pas utilisées au bout de 90 jours nous les perdons quelle arnaque !!

carte visa débitée 2 fois , un montant de 2€ prélevée pour vente d'un calendrier de l'avent avec jeu concours de boite , ensuite prélèvement de 48.75€ à mon insu et toujours aucune livraison bien sûr.
Du vol pur et simple ....
