I attended the Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures training on Zoom with Cindy, (4/15/26 - 6pm -9pm), and while it can be difficult to sit and listen for three hours, Cindy made the class engaging and interactive. She provided a lot of valuable information and encouraged open conversation, which made the experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely take another class with her and look forward to my next experience.

Today I attended my contusing education class taught by Mrs. Harley, and overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly experienced in the real estate field. She did a great job breaking down complex topics into understandable concepts and kept the class moving at a good pace without feeling rushed.

I especially appreciated how the instructor incorporated real-world examples and practical scenarios, which made the material much more relatable and easier to retain. She also encouraged participation and questions, creating an interactive environment that kept me engaged throughout the day.

The course content was thorough and up to date, covering key topics such as "The Language of Advertising", and coveying the differences between MREC, NAR, COMAR and COE. Even though it was a long session, Mrs. Harley managed the time well and included appropriate breaks, which helped maintain focus and energy.

Overall, I feel more confident in my knowledge after taking this class, and I would definitely recommend Mrs. Harley to other real estate professionals looking to complete their continuing education requirements.

Instructor Harley is absolutely AMAZING!! Somehow she made a 15HR CE mash up more than informative but interesting. Would definitely sit in any course she was teaching. Great class!!

The Instructor was phenomenal! She did a great job of covering the information in a way that we all gleaned so much information that reinforced what we all ready knew, plus new information that we need to know.

Mrs. Harley is a very professional instructor that is extremely knowledgeable of the MD RE laws. She provided great examples to help better explain the laws. She continuously asked for feedback and/or asked if additional clarification was needed. Mrs. Harley did not move forward until we were clear on the topic. She also stressed the importance of making sure items are documented (get it in writing), and so much more. I would highly recommend Mrs. Harley as an instructor for any topic.

I heard important information that I'd heard many times before but with complete clarity in this training. After having my license for 3 decades... I have never had a CE class that both renewed my excitement about being a licensed agent and reinforced my confidence in carrying that title. Ms. Harley was absolutely AMAZING! I would renew with her every time!

Mrs. Harley rocks as an instructor. I sat through the Complete 1 Day Maryland CE Bundle 7am-11pm. She made 16 hrs go by fast. Mrs. Harley is very informative and keeps the class engaged throughout the whole day.

Excellent platform for busy professionals requiring renewal of credits for their real estate license.

I appreciate this platform for attaining the 15 hours of continuing education units every two years. My instructors (Mrs. Harley and Sarah) were professional, lively, and engaging, and kept the course moving at a great pace.

I was able to sign up for courses and complete them in only one week's time, taking no more than one course (1.5 to 3 hr.) on any given day. I especially liked that there were no tests to complete. Tristar Academy also uploads your credits within 24 hours.

Ms. Harley gives great examples of real life experiences involving the subject matter. The class on MD Ethics and Knowing Your Disclosures were well taught. Ms. Harley has the knowledge and experience to engage the students and keeping them thinking.

For starters, I would like to thank TriStar Academy for offering this ideal, convenient and well-priced 15-HR MD CE BUNDLE at $149!! I was so relieved to see that there was one more scheduled class for the year so I could complete all of my required MD CE courses at once in time for renewing my license in January. Next, I would like to commend Ms. Ruby Harley and Bon Pettis for teaching all the awesome classes! They were both very professional, knowledgeable and full of energy! Ms. Harley made it a point to get our class fully engaged from start to finish. She wasn't letting anyone fall asleep or get bored in her class. I really appreciated her keeping the class moving and on point!
