Servizio PESSIMO. Ho provato per molto tempo a registrarmi in qualità di docente della scuola secondaria, inviando anche il contratto di lavoro, per acquistare un nuovo Mac. Nessun risultato, solo una serie di inutilissime email precompilate. Alla fine ho rinunciato allo sconto pur di non aver a che fare con un servizio così scarso e inadeguato. Scandaloso che Apple e altre aziende si affidino a loro.

Bad support when contacting them about an issue. They were quick to answer, but not helpful at all, and kept misunderstanding/not reading what I had written to them, as well as redirecting me to everyone other than themselves.

Ich bin Lehrer an einer Realschule in BW und hatte eigentlich gedacht, dass auch Lehrer den Rabatt ( Apple )erhalten , zumal meine Schule auch bei UNiDAYS gelistet ist. Ich habe mich mit meiner persönlichen SchulEmail angemeldet, das hat wunderbar geklappt . Nachdem ich mein Konto bestätigt habe wurde dann meine Verifizierung abgelehnt , weil es meine Email anscheinend nicht gäbe bzw. ich wohl Schreibfehler eingegeben habe . Nein , ich habe alles richtig geschrieben , die Emails vor dem finalen Schritt kamen ja auch bei mir an !
Da kommt man sich ziemlich veräppelt vor !

Sito e app pubblicizzano codici sconto sul sito Xiaomi che non funzionano, assistenza clienti imbarazzante, è da più di un mese che rispondono con messaggi precompilati automatici dicendo sempre la stessa cosa, che hanno provato a contattare il partner e siamo in attesa di risposta, fino ad arrivare a dirmi di contattarli personalmente...e Io cosa c'entro col partner?così che ti costringono a desistere per ottenere lo sconto, quando in realtà sul loro sito pubblicizzano in pompa magna la possibilità di avere sconti che nella realtà sono inesistenti, quantomeno cancellate l'offerta se inutilizzabile!

Je n'ai pas de carte étudiant car je fais mes études chez juriscampus. Ils ne fournissent pas non plus de mail lié à l'école! J'ai un certificat de scolarité prouvant mon statut mais ça ne leur va pas! leur concurrent, studentbeam n'a pas fait tant d'histoire! amazon non plus!
Edit: je modifie mon avis car apres echanges par mail mon statut a ete valide

The reviews speak for themselves. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Been using them for six years as a mature student. All of a sudden they have restricted my account and asking for ID and documents to prove I’m a student. I’m 8 months postpartum and don’t have time for this rubbish. I have my uni exam in May and yet they don’t accept the evidence I provided that they asked for. I would never use them again. They’re absolutely useless, take ages to respond and never say anything useful. The fact I’m a student and cannot use their services show how they lie about their services too. I’ll use someone else to get my discounts! They also put me in an awful position two nights ago where I was logged in prior to going out. When I asked for the bill for my food, I had to pay full price because UNiDAYS logged me out and asked me to proof I’m a student. I will never use UNiDAYS again. Absolutely had enough. Their staff are like bots as well.

My daughter has never been able to successfully use her account. We have tried to contact UNiDAYS on several occasions and had no response. She has even asked for her account to be deactivated so she could set it up again but even this has not been followed through on. Several months later and we have given up. Customer service is non existent. Not surprising for the majority of companies these days.

Esta plataforma es una estafa, después de haber utilizado mi cuenta hace un año para realizar compras en Apple, ahora me dicen que no sirve mi correo corporativo. La atención al cliente es nefasta, no sirve de nada contactar con ellos.

Relance après relance, documents fournis, attestation Education Nationale, Certificat de travail, photo, Pass Education… pas de réponses ou ignorance totale de mes messages !
Bref, obligé d'aller dans un magasin agréé Apple pour prendre ma commande avec réduction Education, tout de suite prise en compte…
Mais je perds le bénéfice du groupement d'applications, facturé 225 € sur le site et qui me revient à 580 € ! Bref ! Un vrai scandale !

Auf UNiDAYS wurde eine Apple-Aktion mit dem Button-Text „Rabatt aktivieren" beworben, die sich auf der Unidays-Website ja ausdrücklich an Studierende richtete. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Aktion für Bildungskäufe überhaupt nicht gültig war - ein Hinweis darauf fehlte komplett. Ich fühle mich dadurch gezielt fehlgeleitet, was sehr enttäuschend ist, da man von einer Plattform, die sich speziell an Studierende richtet, erwarten sollte, dass die Bedingungen vor der Bewerbung überprüft werden. Leider scheint nicht einmal das UNiDAYS-Personal das korrekt prüfen zu können oder bereit zu sein, kulant und fair zu handeln. Mein Tipp: immer selbst die Bedingungen prüfen, bevor man sich auf eine beworbene Aktion verlässt…

For over 6 weeks, I haven't been able to use the app. It won't load. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still not loading.
I think unidays is broken? I'm not sure if it broken for anyone else?
Online won't work either. Doing a quick search, I found a lot of business sites and partners are currently having connection issues with unidays.

UNiDAYS is useless. Most discount codes don’t work at all. Customer service is a joke — every time they say “we’re waiting for the reply from a retailer” and nothing ever gets fixed. Completely unreliable, waste of time, and bad support.
Do not recommend.

Sending the information they require to verify and they are so ridiculous they are like that’s not it when it clearly is. It shows my name personal identification number and my course. They really are stupid here

If you are an online (remote) student (e.g., living in UK and studying in US), then do not bother. You are bound to the region where your school/uni is located, so you can't benefit of any offers where you live if you decide to study remotely abroad.
You can change your region, but you need to re-verify your school location with a new school/uni.
As it stands UniDays does not hold any value for me personally.

Volendo sottoscrivere l'abbonamento annuale a Disney+ ho visto che c'è una partnership con unidays del 15% di sconto. Non è un codice, semplicemente tu clicchi su un link che ti riporta al sito e ti dice che lo sconto viene applicato al momento del pagamento in maniera automatica.
Peccato che così non è.

everytime i try to click on show discount code it just directs me to the site where i want a discount for. without a code. also not in my basket. soo where is the discount code?? tried a lot and just doesn’t work and yes i am logged in
