Thank you for your feedback. We obtained your requested Certificate of Good Standing and emailed it to you within two days of your order, on December 14th, as requested. The physical copy was shipped via FedEx on December 16th, but several delivery attempts to your address have been unsuccessful.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, as we worked quickly to fulfill your request. We’d be happy to work with FedEx to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the physical copy. Our Shipping Supervisor will reach out to you on Monday with more information.
