So far the process was simple. After going through the process, I realized that the fee I paid was NOT the filing fee for the passport. If I had to do it again, I would not use this services.

I will see if I get my service
I will see if I get my service. Wait, I now see that all they did was file out a form that I already had from my local post office. They had no conTACT with the US GOV. They have not given me any service. I will be asking my credit provider to reverse this charge.
