Outstanding Service.
I visited today, after being rudely brushed off by two other vape shops in the fishponds area, I was greeted warmly by Christian. I explained to him I had no idea what I was looking for but I wanted to stop smoking. He took his time and was incredibly patient with me, he allowed me to see and hold lots of devices and explained in excellent depth and detail on how to use each device. Very passionate.
We then moved to the bottles of flavours which I was allowed to try, after approx 30mins of being spoilt for choice I’d made my decision. After paying he proceeded to ask if he could help set it up for me so I could see a physical demonstration of what to do. The level of kindness and costumer service I received from this young man had made my day. I will certainly be back to this store. Perfect experience.

Great customer service and prices
As a smoker, I went in thinking I knew what to do albeit from research. Chris from the Fishponds, Bristol store really took the time to understand what type of vape would suit me given my preferences, let me try out a liquid which I ended up buying, and suggested the right strength for me. Since then, I have switched to vaping and I am happier. Thank you!

Good helpful shop
Knowledgeable guy served me, never used a vape before so he explained how to use it, add liquid & coil etc. was able to test a few flavours as well
