They fit great. Good quality.

I am trying to exchange my XXL socks for a size 3XL because the XXL is too small. You would think I was asking for replacement socks and keep the ones I have. Poor customer service.
Still don’t have info to exchange!!

Overall I gave Vital Flows five stars. However it wasn't perfect. I used sizing information found on their website and ordered 3x. I probably should have gone 2x as the larger size was much longer than I expected. I find they work well, but I end up turning down the tops for a better fit.

You sent me the wrong size which was immediately brought to your attention and I attempted to use your own replacement/refund policy. 15 emails later, responding to ridiculous questions, a month later I still have no replacement socks! Very Poor customer service. In fact zero customer service.

Cannot fault service received from company. However there is a small problem which is partially my fault. The socks are too long as I have short legs. The size guide does not specify knee to ankle length. The problem is easily solved by turning the tops of the socks over. I still am wearing mine every day and they do reduce my leg swelling

My Myvitalflows offer support throughout a long day on my feet. I get benefits from less les fatigue and my knees and calves thank me every day.

Well, I ordered a 3X, which I’ve ordered in the past. You sent me a 4X, I emailed back-and-forth with your people in customer service several times and the best offer they could deal me was to send them back and get a tracking number and then when they got the tracking number, they would try and resolve the problem or they would send me another free pair and I would have to pay the $20 to cover cost. Wasn’t my mistake. I didn’t send the wrong ones to myself. You all did and you just cut lead me on. Send me this information. Send me that information. Send me sizes. Send me pictures. I did all that and still no resolution so I finally told him that I would not ever order another pair of my vital flow socks again from your company. And I just ordered some from Hollow. Hopefully they’ll have better customer services. I’m surprised to hear that you even asked how things went. If you review my last order you’ll see that I am correct.

Ik heb twee items besteld en er één gekregen.
Na contact gehad te hebben en inderdaad een bevestiging gehad dat er iets niet klopt foto's en betaal bewijs en alles opgestuurd .
Hierna nooit meer wat gehoord. Ondanks de vele mailtjes en wederom de foto's verstuurd te hebben. Ik hoop toch nog op een goeie uitkomst.

I wanted and needed my socks, but never received the delivery because it got stolen. If the delivery company just used ordinary care I would be happy. But your choice of GOFO delivery service I didn't get my socks. Lazy personal carrier. I have video

Socks fit great and give my lower legs support.

Never received my package and your response to my issue is taking too long.

Got them, but there was no free surprise pair. Contacted customer service, acknowledged receipt of my email, then nothing. I’ve emailed again.

Nice socks with good support. Holding up well so far.

Easy to put on

I bought these for a friend of mine and he said it has helped better than anything else he has tried . His legs are very big and I was able to find them in a 5x they fit great
