I was not sure what to expect and thought things would be rushed to run all the tests in a bundle. I was wrong. Akash took the time to explain everything in detail and was very patient with all of my questions.
The location in Manchester is easy to access and there is a large car park very near.
The place is well-equipped and clean.
The tests results are given and discussed during the sessions.
It has been very informative and I have learnt a few things about my body.

I had dexa scan and v02 max at manchester with akash. The was very professional, from the point of receiving appointment confirmation to taking test and explanation. Both test were carried out and the result and Information was amazing and well explained. I especially liked the vo2max and zone analysis with aerobic/anaerobic exact calories, training zones and fat/ carbs burnt during exercise. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve been using My Vital Metrics for several years now, mainly for their DEXA scans every 8 weeks, and honestly, it’s one of the most useful tools I’ve added to my fitness journey.
