an evolving new financial market, new products, and low risk small loans. you would think if the only element that needs actual human capital effort is support, and interestingly wagepay has missed that call. Near zero intrest. itâs like the do reject the free money they have a service for. i just required a staff member to remove the email account or im not sure how but remove the information itâs there on the system and add the new one, but probably no body really cares.. customer means nothing.
i contacted the team at 8:53 regarding an issue i am facing, and asked for some assistance, then as i have not heard anything at all, i forwarded the email and asked for some attention. Nothing, not even a reply of we have received your request., this not only applies to the lack of intrest to solve a problem, is also express the level of negligence. itâs 5:13, 9hrs to suppy a simple solution and they would have a raving Fan. Not at all. now, disappointed of the level of service, iâm questioning if at all they do have a support department.

i had created couple accounts and closed 5hose accounts, due to the fact of losing access to my device and few complications. However the system would automatically reject any application and such only for a reason that seeâs couple accounts with the same details.

There system is out of date, I always denies me all the time, saying I have inconsistencies income coming in which is false, I have pay coming every 2 weeks

Horrible place to borrow from. I applied over 24 hours ago. Received an email that it was deposited to my account and it is still not in my account. You cannot speak to a live human being just a crappy AI named Wayne. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their website is terrible also

You can't call anyone but a robot that gives you no useful information and then they just ignore your emails. Then if you send more than one they say not too.

Be careful of the WedgePay fees
I was charged a WedgePay fee of 3.86% today at my preferred dispensary which is probably higher than many ATM fees.
I understand why dispensaries want to eliminate cash-based transactions but charging this high of fee certainly wonât encourage people to move away from cash in order to pay.
My dispensary chose to pass on the WedgePay fee but I wonât be using it any longer as I refuse to pay this fee when 99% of the benefits of that change of payment from cash to WedgePay go to the dispensary.
Itâs not a big deal for me to go to a no-fee ATM and continue to pay cash.

I have been denied 10 or 12 times now. Even though I make 1344 per check and 1500 when there is a statutory holiday. Something seriously wrong with their AI system. If I had a choice I would give them no stars. Quick and easy funds? Bullcrap. Lies and more lies. Very unreliable. I guess unless you are making $5000 a month but I don't know if there system can detect income at all.

Very disappointed. Like someone else wrote. My pay is $1400 I got a loan for $200 paid that off and got another for $200. Iâve been trying for over a month to reloan and keep getting denied cause I donât pass the assessment. I donât understand that when the loan has been paid off twice. Will not be using this service again.

I reached out to customer support, and what did I get back? A sarcastic, condescending reply: âTyping in capital letters wonât make it faster.â Wow. Thatâs the professionalism I get from a financial institution? Thatâs your idea of support?
Turns out Iâm not alone. Hundreds of others have shared identical horror storiesârepeated denials, months of no response, being locked out for ridiculous reasons, and robotic, cut-and-paste emails that answer NOTHING. Iâve read them. Iâve documented everything. I have screenshots, receipts, and a growing list of angry customers just like me.
To Wagepay: You should be ashamed of yourselves. You take advantage of vulnerable people, and your system is broken beyond repair. Expect this review to be the beginning. Iâm escalating this to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection BC, Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, and more.

Had been using this company here and there for a year or so with no issues. Last two applications were rejected because I didnât meet the $400 requirements when I make $1600 every two weeks. It wonât let you update your banking information either. Legit, doesnât make sense. Needed a bit of help with a car repair and was declined. Wonât be using again.

They start out fine but don't expct it to last
They started out fine, your standard online company, the only issue was the length of time it took for their payments to clear, 4-5 business days whereas most places are a fraction of the time. I used them for over 8 months with no problems but now something has changed. I have been denied 3 consecutive times, with the strangest of reasons.
I was first denied as I was on an "unstable" ip address, I was applying through the app on my phone and I was locked out for a week. I tried again the next week and was denied as I failed their assessment and then locked out of applying for a week again. Emailing customer support was frustrating as well as it took 3 emails before I actually got an answer from someone that wasn't just a cut and paste and was actually relevant to my email.
I was just denied a 3rd time as I failed their assessment again. I want to state that nothing has changed since my first loan with them 8+ months ago, not my banking, not my employer or the amount I get paid. I make well over the weekly amount they require and I have no NSF charges on my account and I have never missed a payment with Wagepay.
If they work for you, great, but don't expect it to last and don't expect any kind of helpful response from their "support".

I'm being generous giving them two stars and the only reason I am giving them to stars is that for the first seven loans all is well other than the fact that they take way too long especially in this day and age to clear payments but that's nor here nor there but my grievance lies with reapplying and getting denied because I changed my direct deposit to a different bank although my history has been nothing but stellar they have no idea how to treat a customer because you only get generic responses templates from an application automated system

Tried to take payment 1 day before payday.
First of all I was pleased at how quickly I set up my account and got an advance however I stated I get paid bi-weekly on Friday .Point in case is they tried to take it out a day earlier on Thursday. I tried contacting them a week before explaining the error they made yet no reply and now Thursday January 9th my account is overdrawn and my pay goes in Friday's at 5 pm central. By that time the wage advance will be sent back nsf.My first ever on my account. I get charged 48 dollars from my bank.When I applied they had my pay dates.Fridaynot a day earlier. They still haven't replied. It's their fault .Depending how they handle this I will see if I continue using them.Beware.
