Very Good Support and Very good Free Service with 60 day

So far very satisfied with the hosting. The free 30 day trial was really free without need of adding a credit card. The control panel also works as expected, and is user friendly. Supports my old classic asp application which is hard to find. In short, definitely excellent.

loaded with latest .net technologies, really great.

Services provided by mywindows services are very nice. Support is awesome. Support team is available 24 X 7, so if you have any issues , they will try to fix it on the chat itself.

The Hosting have been great so far, one minor issue that support solve in 5 minutes. the speed is good and the user interface is very simple and intuitive. the price is also pretty good. I'm very happy with it

Good site for hosting but for billing should be transperent through credit card.

All of my sites are down and have been down for at least a day.so glad I've kept backups of everything. I'm switching everything to a new host now.FYI - The only communication I've received from Mywindowshosting is the following email:

they servers are down from two days. No communication. No email. No call. I am trying to call them but no response. I just got mail that they are hacked by hackers. Now i am worry about my data. Below is full email.

I am very disappointed. They have a major outage - absolutely no communication with customers.No email, No chat ...even support ticket system is down. I have two sites running - same issues. I noticed today that my unlimited hosting plan has a limit on DB size..i cannot wait to move away. So prospective customers - my advise is to stay away from this lot - thanks and best wishes

Biggest issue is that they have stopped communications of any type. There has been a issue from yesterday and there is no response from them of any sought. Their servers are down and their phones and online support are not responding. One at least expects them to respond with the time line of their revival.

So we been using this hosting provider for years and to be honest should have moved away from them since the day one.
Throughout our journey we have experienced constant down time of SQL Server, had multiple data losses where they had lost all our email data and today once again their whole infrastructure is down (2 hours currently)
So to be honest i think this hosting can be only used for non business critical scenarios. In case you are fine to be down for 5-6 hours each 2-3 months then you can safely choose MyWindows hosting.

I can't tell you how great the support at Mywindowshosting.com has been. I was tasked with getting a website up by my manager even though I've never done anything like this before. The support was been fantastic. LOTS of information in the knowledge base, and quick replies when I have a question from live support. I can say, in no uncertain terms, that I will use, and recommend them for any future hosting needs. (on top of that the prices are great!)
