I have chatted multiple times seeking help, yet my concerns have been completely ignored, and the sessions were disconnected abruptly and rudely without any proper resolution.

Such behavior is highly disrespectful and unacceptable from someone representing your organization. It shows a complete lack of accountability, patience, and customer focus.

I expect immediate attention to this issue and a proper explanation for why such treatment was allowed to happen repeatedly. This pattern of behavior has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted my time.

I am not terminating my account at this point, but if this continues, I will have no hesitation in withdrawing my services and moving to another provider that values professionalism and respect toward clients.

Please treat this as a formal complaint and take the necessary disciplinary action against Sanders. I expect a prompt and detailed response on what steps will be taken.
