A 5* experience. I had someone greet me as I walked in and offered me a drink which helped ease my anxiousness. The staff were all so lovely and Maryam who was my laser esthetician was amazing! She was so informative and helped ease my anxiety. Very patient with me too and made me feel so welcome. She made my experience so pleasant and for that reason I’ll be continuing all my sessions :-)

I went to Naama to have my PMU lip colour removed. The clinic is very stylish and clean. Staff were lovely. The treatment itself was quite painful seeing as it was on my lips, but the lady (sorry I forgot her name as I was nervous) was very understanding and we were able to stop at intervals. I made it through though, and unbelievably the lip colour was removed completely, in only one session!! I’m over the moon, so happy with the experience and I now have my natural lip colour back. Thank you Naama, it was well worth the trip to London and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Naama is an amazing service, you always feel very welcome and looked after!

Building a relationship with my therapist Alexis has been amazing. She explains the whole process and remembers little things about myself that she asks about making the appointments very tailored and personal. I’ve seen Alexis each time meaning that there has been a lot of trust built.

Highly recommend, had a session today for my eyebrows very professional and precise. My therapist was Yasmine today and previously Verity. The girls at the studio are amazing. Thank you!

Yasmin was AMAZING!! please give her a paid weekend off :) I was overreacting over a little bit of pigment left on my eyebrows nanoblading that I wanted removed. She made me feel super comfortable and we had a laugh! I knew I only needed one session as she removed everything like I wanted . Super professional and highly skilled woman! I recommend her and Naama, this was also done within 10 minutes as I filmed it but I was slightly hyperventilating and I needed to take pauses and talk with her! Thank you soo much!

I am so glad I have chosen NAAMA to complete my tattoo removal. I am having three tattoos removed and after five sessions, one has basically disappeared and I’ve also seen amazing progress on the other two. I find the progress photos at the start of each session so helpful to see how far I’ve come and to know the discomfort is worth it. Alexis has always been professional, friendly and caring.

Had the worst eyebrow tattoos in history 😬😳😂 and Naama was fantastic every step of the way. Procedure itself was pretty painless which was great 😊 Eyebrows From Hell are now gone 😊😊😊 Amazing staff who were all lovely. Great location, Oxford St just around the corner. The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel very relaxed! Such a quick process, very professional.

The studio is clean, new and comfortable. All the equipe is nice and make you at ease. I have done 8 sessions with different consultants, all of them are nice, kind and prepared to respond to any question about the laser/machine etc. If I had to recommend one I would recommend Alexis, she’s lovely and I found her very precise and attentive to the smallest details through our sessions everytime. She’s an expert in the use of the laser in fact I fully trust her method and she has never made me feel any real pain xx The results are starting to show so I would recommend this clinic.

Staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The setting is more like a spa facility which was much more relaxing and reassuring too. Magazines and coffee on arrival. Great service.

I can’t recommend NAAMA enough! I have Alopecia and have had my brows tattooed a few times since over the years and I’ve never been happy with the results. I was so so self conscious of the old tattoos so I’m very happy to finally say bye to them! It doesn’t hurt like I was expecting it to, it’s so manageable and so worth it!! The staff are all really lovely and made me feel so comfortable - Britt, Yasmine and Alexis, thank you!!

I had my first ever laser removal session 2 days ago and the amazing Alexis was fantastic. She was super thorough with the consultation, and made sure I was as comfrey as possible while having the treatment done. A** service, I’m excited to continue my remaining sessions. Huge thanks to Alexis and the whole NAAMA team! Xx

I went to NAAMA for the removal of a tattoo that went wrong. The staff at NAAMA made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, which was especially helpful as the original tattoo experience had been so scary and negative. I was given really clear outlines of how the treatment would proceed and what I could expect. It was really helpful that I received email confirmations for appointments, after-care follow-ups, and appointment reminders. When I needed to reschedule, NAAMA was very accommodating, and they have a variety of appointment times including late evenings which is great if you are at work during the day. I'm always offered something nice to drink like a flavoured water or even a vitamin shot, ice packs for my tattoos, and spare dressings. All the treatment sessions have been straightforward and quick, and the staff are so well-practiced and outgoing that I always felt in safe hands. The space is lovely and looks great, and all the rooms are super clean and tidy. I honestly can't recommend NAAMA enough if you are considering tattoo removal!!
