Horrible Interface & the live is slower than the demo
Forget the customer support, the Live version of their interface is so slow and does not execute orders in a timely fashion. I placed an order, waited and nothing happened. I had to click the button twice to get it to finally place an order and then they chose the wrong order that I never clicked on. I lost money on that because their live interface is completely slow compared to the demo account. A total scam. I withdrew all my money and won't be using them again.
I already contacted their customer support several days ago about the issue and I have not gotten any response. I'm sure they are aware that I can't prove the false clicks unless I'm screen recording all my trades. Either way I won't be using Nadex until they massively improve their interface.

The Greatest Trading Platform Yet
I love the Nadex platform. Itâs a big change from the other platforms Iâve used in the past. Once I learned how to navigate throughout the Nadex platform I was able to take some trades. I started out practicing using a demo account, then moved on to the Live platform. I gave my review 5 stars, but one feature I would like to see added is a brief tutorial about the bells and whistles of the Nadex platform. I will definitely be recommending Nadex to my friends and family.

Great platform. Itâs fair with no sketchy or shady features. Itâs very intense trading, but very fun. Use money you donât mind losing! A system of high probability trades over a long term would likely make money.
