I'm happy with the purchase and how they look and feel. They met my expectations for everyday casual wear.

Goods were not to size and material was poor. I emailed for a return label as per their website instruction and received the most bizarre reply stating they 'wanted to be completely honest with' me, 'reality that many customers dont realise until they try to return' something the customer needs to pay the 'return shipping cost' based on the 'location' and weight and estimated this would be about '$30 -$60', then on 'top of that the return process typically takes 2 - 4 weeks'...'after all that, you would end up with maybe 50 - 70% of what you originally paid - and you would have nothing to show for it' so 'we dont think that's a good deal for you. You would lose time and money, and end up empty handed' and a 'bad financial decision' so they 'dont recommend returns.' Their solution was 'keep the item, gift it to a friend or family member or donate it.' I sent another message to say their policy was poor (or words to that effect) and I got a reply 'After discussing your case with my supervisor, I am authorized to offer you a 5% partial refund if you agree to keep the item.' Crazy. Needless to say I wont be buying from here again!
