Packaging in paper (even newspaper) would be better. I want to add that I live in the Western Cape which is quite a way from Johannesburg but I received my produce quickly enough to enable purchasing the fresh items as well.

They communicated promptly and clearly that one of the items ordered was not yet available, but would be within a few days. They gave me a choice of either a refund, or delaying delivery till the item was available.
I went for the latter option, and didn't regret it at all. The item(moinmoin leaves) came along with the other items as promised, and was quite fresh.
