I placed an order on 27th January 2026, during a WhatsApp live where she was selling bundles to get rid of the stocks. We are now in April and I am yet to receive them. After sending multiple emails, the response remained that we are short of stock, which is bizarre given I placed an order during a live that was promoting ‘getting rid of surplus bundles’. I would never ever buy a thing from this company, I will reporting her to trading standards and all social media platforms as she scams people and doesn’t send anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NAILBEANS

She scammed me out of £260 on the pretence of buying a laptop from her .no reply and no money back .
She's a thief and a scammer

I ordered 2 weeks ago as needed it for an event i put a query on their site to enquire where the item is , never recieved , appalling company had to go through paypal for a refund avoid at all costs

Absolutly shocking no service no serious replies ordered 2 months ago kept replying with shipping takes 10 days or whatever - I wish I had known. Honestly and I’m not even one to write reviews but seriously don’t fall for this scam!

I ordered over a month ago. And I still haven't received my nails. I've contacted them on many occasions,and also messaged them on Instagram and no reply.
Very bad service it's not nice to take someone's money and not give them the service.

I ordered nails on the 6th March and when enquiring about my order, they said when it is shipped it will take 7-10 days and they havent been shipped 3 weeks later. No answer from them when I asked to cancel.

An absolute scam! Shame on them advertising wudu friendly nails yet scamming their customers. Have not fulfilled my orders and have barely replied to my emails requesting time and time again for their support. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Dude, I got this in october 2025 and it's march 19 2026 when I'm writing this. I reported them to shopify, emailed them, dm'd them. Idk what to do anymore since they stopped contact months ago and it never arrived. I rlly wanted to support a Muslim business so this is kinda a bummer :(

No customer service whatsoever. When I ordered the items literally next day it said dispatched. i was waiting for it for ages and didnt receive nothing. Received a response via email and they said they have delivery issues. Literally been a month I havent received my order. Most useless customer service and just a waste of time and money. I have no faith that I will receive my product. Whoever owns this business needs to stop posting on Instagram every 2 seconds and go look after their customers and their orders. Absolutely no sense on how to run a business.

Tony did a fantastic job on my nails! He was friendly and chatty, making the appointment enjoyable and relaxed. My nails turned out lovely, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Tony for anyone looking for a skilled and personable nail technician. I’ll definitely be back!

She scammed me and may people

Even though they post on Instagram every 2 hours they do not respond to emails, DMs or messages. I placed 2 orders with them. Paid for express delivery and then had to claim my money back from my bank. Such disappointing customer service. They claim to sell halal fake nails but they are scamming people on a daily basis. It's been 2 months and still no refund or products. Shame on you. Shame on you to prey on Muslim girls and fake selling your items as a niche product.

I placed an order on the 13th of Feb, no item received or updates up to 28th of Feb. I tried sending emails multiple times, however no response. I can see from other reviews other customers had exact same experience. I believe this company is a scam and they should be shut down. Taking peoples money and not sending the product, please do not buy from them

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! For some reason very popular on tiktok but I wish I had read the reviews and searched this fake brand before I ordered. Items have still not arrived despite ordering ages ago, when emailing I got told I had not paid for express shipping and that’s why I cannot track my order. However, I had paid for express shipping. I am assuming the owner didn’t check my order and is just scamming me hence why she stated I paid for standard when I didn’t. After asking for a refund which was denied, I messaged on whatsapp. Was met with extreme hostility and unprofessionalism and was told that if I was to dispute with my bank and ask for a chargeback I will get fined £25. Trying to persuade me not to dispute because they know they are in the wrong. I’m sticking to going to my trusted nail salon, experience is much better and professionalism and customer service is always amazing. Whoever is in charge of this ‘business’ should be ashamed of themselves. Portraying yourself as a brand catering for Muslim women whilst scamming us is disgraceful. I will be disputing with my bank and this will be an easy win since they are absolutely in the wrong.

Appalling business! They take your money and you get nothing back! May Allah deal with their greed and fraudulent dealings!

I returned my order to Nailbeanails and never received a refund. The seller claimed she didn’t receive the return, but the tracking information clearly shows it was.

Customer service was extremely rude and aggressive in DMs when I tried to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, I was met with hostility and excuses.

The product quality was also very poor. It appears the items are sourced from Shein and resold at an extremely inflated price — the Shein product number was still on the packaging.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor quality, unprofessional service, and dishonest handling of returns. I would strongly recommend staying away.
