The website was informative & Nain Trading were responsive to any questions. Delivery was delayed by 5+ days, but that was DHL. Have to say was not overly confident buying a rug online, however very pleased with the rug we chose - exactly like the picture and description. Would recommend as a great source & choice of Persian rugs.

Nain’s website is so easy to use displaying thousands of beautiful rugs of every colour and every possible size. The prices and the customer service were brilliant and although there is always a worry when buying on line - will the products be of good quality and will they actually arrive? I needn’t have worried at all as the rugs arrived as promised and were of great quality.

I’ve bought five rugs from Nain and kept four and returned one due to the colour not being what I expected. The returns process was straight forward. All arrived well package and within a week of ordering. I’m very happy with the odour rugs, they are great quality. The fourth one just arrived this week and it’s stunning! Even better than I expected and so happy I bought it. It’s a Berber Blanc. The website is good to search for sizes / shapes etc. more round and square rug options would be good as they are hard to find. I bought the round Berber rug for a bedroom, a square gabbeh for under a round table which looks great and a small rectangular kilim rug for a bedroom and the kilim has great colours, it’s a really pretty little rug. The other rug is a small rectangular rug for a doorway and it’s worked out well. Hard wearing and easy to clean.

We have bought four rugs from Nain Trading. All four happen to be Persian Gabbeh nomadic. The quality is excellent. We had to return one as it didn’t work in our space and the return was easy. The other rugs we are so happy with and they offer such richness and depth to our renovated cottage in the west of Ireland. Most polite and helpful to deal with.

It arrive beautifully packed and the underlay provided fitted perfectly.
