Communication is good though sometimes it’s not. Example, when I inquire about an order I made that was to be transported soon but took 4hrs to reach me. Instead, I’d have been given an option of organizing my own delivery options.

Biggest issue is on your Delivery. Your delivery services are slow,the other fay I waited the whole day for my order. I was disappointed.Right now I have to source for my own rider to come for the products.as a customer I expect you to do this, since that's what I do for my clients as well.

Very unsatisfied! I sent back my product named the SMOK NOVO X because it produced WET MIST instead of vapour. Leaving me choking and coughing.. And a resedue of eliquid in my mouth with each use. The manager/boss... Named Ahmed.. He could be the owner for all I know said he found nothing wrong with the product 'as far as kits go'. Therefore dissatisfaction with the product did not matter.. I could not get a refund or exchange.. Because in HIS opinion.. The product is fine. I asked about the warranty and he said it was from China and is FAKE!
I spent 4500/=KSH on this product.. That's approximately $45. And I'm stuck with it. I've seen good reviews on this product... But my experience with the device I received is POOR! Also.. I requested a disposable while I waited for my device to be evaluated.. It came back with the carton torn.. And the plastic paper ripped open. When I asked about that they said it happens.. But I can be assured the device hasn't been used.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!
