Great service and my dog loves Naked dog food

Very good easy to order next day delivery my dog loves this at dinnertime

Subscription always triggers and arrives on time. However, I scored low as Naked Dog are shockingly poor at responding to customer queries and requests for support. Feel ignored once subscription is in place.

Using Naked dog has been very successful as we have various addresses we use though out the year ,
My emails get promt replies & one holiday home only has a small freezer so I asked for a weekly supply, no problem,
With other companies I had to revert back to dry food .
We would recommend them , we also had fussy feeders , but as yet no problems
We have been using them for a few years now .

I made this decision because you have always been there for my two lovely fussy dogs. You also go above and beyond, the food is always delivered on time and am always happy to do business with you

Previous difficulties with deliveries arriving late or not at all seem to have been resolved. I can only assume that Naked Dog have had consultations with the carrier as the past three deliveries have arrived promptly with the food still frozen.
My dogs, one is a fussy eater, love this food, the bowls are licked clean

Great variety of raw food and bones, my dogs love it & are super healthy. Easy to add extras or switch choices & they always send an email when the next delivery is due

We have used Naked Dog for a weekly order for quite some time now. Reordering is simple, an email is sent before your order is confirmed and to make any changes that you need to or to skip an order you just click the link. We have had a couple of problems with the courier delivering the order and have contacted Naked Dog directly and chatted to Mickey who has sorted out a replacement order and spoken with the courier at a remarkable speed to get the problem resolved. Excellent customer service always helpful over the phone and I would highly recommend them

I buy from naked dog regularly, my 4 dogs are very picky eaters and this is the only food they all eat. Great choice of flavors to choose from and a nice selection of raw treats too that my dogs love.

Nothing to grumble about delivery on time, good, dog loves the food, very good, cost, it's worth it for what you get.

The food is complete, looks and smells good. Lots of varieties to choose from to vary the diet. My dogs love it. Excellent service with free delivery.

Excellent service as always. Keeps me informed when repeat order is due, when dispatched and delivery company also keeps me informed when thay have the package and the one hour delivery slot including drivers name.
My two dogs love the food, all the different varieties and both look well on it. Would definately recommend this dog food and company for the five star service provided. Myself and my dogs thank you !
