Very poor hosting and won't recommend it to any serious web developer. Their hosting servers keeps having issues all the time.

Your customer care and support is amazing and timely.

Poor Customer service.
Don't know how to talk to customers.
Woke up one early morning to find out my hosting has been suspended.
The reason being down is that the host is overload.
This hosting was what I was using for the past years.

whenever i encounter a problem they are prompt to respond and help me even at odd hours and i love that about them

The reminder to renew my subscription was received only after the renewal deadline, when the hosting service was suspended. However, the team was prompt in resending the email for renewal.

Living in USA, I trusted a gentleman who came highly recommended living in Ghana Africa, a web designer to registrar a domain name for me. We both agreed with go daddy. Unknowingly he turned the registering of my domain name which I created over to Smartqix a third party. When I realized the registrant was Smartqix I reached out to NameSilo who confirmed that Smartqix was the registrant of my domain name. I reached out to namesilo again and got a live agent who told me his supervisor told him to assist me. Thinking it was an employee of NameSilo I shared my concerns about transferring my domain name thinking I was talking to a representative from NameSilo. I gave Ricky the person in question. Samuel contact information to see if he could rectify the situation which Ricky shared that he would try to persuade him otherwise. After Ricky got int ouch with the person in question Samuel a resident of Ghana he was very angry with me and admitted he knew Ricky personally and that Ricky wanted to know why I was being a pest. I shared with Ricky the invoice I received from Samuel for registering my domain name as proof for three years which had Ricky company Nakroteck heading and the charge was 240 dollars. Ricky was upset and sent me proof that he registered the domain name under NameSilo for one year, which according to whois is correct and the charge was under 25 dollars. Ricky felt the domain name should be suspended because he felt Samuel was being fraudulent with him too, and ensured he would talk to his supervisor to suspend the domain name and it would take no time. I did check and it was suspended for a quick moment, then changed back. According to NameSilo the registrant who is Smartqix can only authorize the transfer. You guessed it, I got intouch with SmartQix and got Ricky to my surprise. I havent spoken to no one but Ricky and we have gone back and forth for hours way in the morning hours. I even reached out and called and got a lady who before I even could say a word just hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service, no training of staff. But to make matters worst Ricky has called me on more than one occasion the B word, I had to let Mr. Ricky know who the real B was. I realize that all parties even NameSilo was part of this scam. Yes you can't scam everybody because you will quickly go out of business. But to those Americans living in Ghana and needing to do business please beware, NameSilo, Nakroteck and SmartQix is a definite no no. And register your own domain name with a reputable host because whoever registers the domain name is the owner. Stay safe from domain name theft, it's real, good luck and I rest my case!!!!!!!! oh beware of Samuel too his company name is Tempuhaus Media

Customer service is always on point and I love it

Provide free SSL certificate or allow website owner's the privilege to seek SSL certificates from third-party provider's. You make it difficult in accessing free SSL service's from third-party provider's yet you don't provide for free too.

I have been with Nakroteck since 2017 and they have been consistent in ensuring my web services are running 24/7. Hosting with them is affordable and convenient.

UPDATE : So i used thier service for two months it went smoothly and boom the following week they claimed to have maintenance but in reality they were migrating to new servers, they promised it done by the weekend but it took them about 5 days to finish the migration, customer service was rude and easily offended. Thier new servers were the worst, websites took forever to load and a lot of bad gateway errors

Your host was shut down when I decided to open up the site I paid for,but after hours you got back.Thats a bad experience yesterday
