ARTISTS AVOID!!! Initiated a free trial, uploaded 3 pieces of art. Cannot make any of them available for sale. The app (and website) go into a buggy spinning loop. Tech support is AI driven, not human. So speaking to it is useless. Now my paid subscription is about to begin - and same issue. Support is AI and auto responds but gives no info on how to unsubscribe. And there is no unsubscribe method in the interface. UNBELEIVABLY BAD.

I had high hopes for this site. I know my work is good but I'm utterly useless at self-promotion so this seemed like the ideal fix. I just put the work out there and wait for the responses. This precisely what NALA supposedly offers. So I duly posted my portfolio only to find they're all tagged as 'not available'. I sent NALA several emails asking why - no response. Nothing. I'm not confident the help page even works. What good is this site if no-one can buy the work you're offering?
It gets worse; if you want to share you work with anyone else, they have to download the app first, which for many is an immediate deal killer. For an Ai fueled company this feels brain dead stupid. This may be a very short-lived experiment.

The only contacts I got were NFT scammers. I emailed the site asking for sales and site data with no response.
The subscription costs are fair but it does seem a bit of a scam. Partially due to not being able to see other artists work which seemed a bit odd. When you register as an "art lover" you are brought back to the same page

Since writing this I have tried to contact them multiple times to have my work removed from their site due to not wanting to subscribe and being locked out.

Their customer service is a joke and unresponsive. If you are and artist avoid at all costs.

They invited me to sign up for free during their development stage, which I did as it seemed like an interesting project, but as soon as they went live my profile is now in a locked state, demanding I pay, which I refuse to do. They won't close my account and I can't do anything at all about it. Scammers.

NALA is great to find art you’ll love and buy directly from the artist… I enjoy building relationships with artists I matched with and buying is easy since the latest update, which has payment and shipping integrated

As long as I did not pay - I got dozens of messages from interested customers - and as soon as I started to pay and uploaded my better work, the feedback was zero.Zero I have the impression that this is a scam

Very interesting App, have discovered a few new artists on here 5*. Very interesting artist and their art work. I have already found some pieces that I must have!

NALA is a must-have for any art lover. The curated collections are diverse and beautifully presented. I’ve discovered so many new artists thanks to this app
