This company is a scam! They sent me the wrong pants and one pair had seams coming apart and loose threads in multiple places. I requested a full refund and I was willing to return all of them. At first they told me I would have to return them to Viet Nam! That was not acceptable. I finally accepted 100% on the damaged pair and only 20% on the other 2 when all 3 pair were not what I ordered. Do not do business with this company at all! I made another order for these style pants with another company, Janycharm and wouldn't you know I had the same problem and their contact info was the same!

I have the same experience of everyone else. I have filed a complaint with Facebook and Report Fraud dot ftc dot gov.
I would suggest others do the same to act against this company.

If I could give them a "zero", I would. I had the same return experience as everyone else who has reviewed this company. I ordered 2 pair of slacks. They did not fit at all so I asked for a return label so my account could be credited. They advised they only address product that is the wrong size or that were damaged and were totally uncooperative throughout the multiple e-mails. I got tired of dealing with them but because I didn't let the issue go, they issued me a whopping 20% off my charge card. $7 and change off of a $37.96 purchase. I told them I would be writing a review advising my dilemma in hopes that others won't get scammed by their business practices.

Pants were much smaller than advertised, pockets were too small to be useful AND the company refused to take them back despite their stated policy online. Had to use my credit card company to get a refund.

Do not stand behind their product. Returns or Exchanges impossible!😔

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRIM THESE THIEVES! I contacted them via email and told them I needed to return two bra's. They asked for photos of the delivery package and barcode, pictures of the bra's and the tag on the bra's. I sent them all of that, which I thought was absurd. I have sent them multiple follow-up emails and still no response. Thank goodness for PayPal who has processed a refund!

I never received my order even though they had it marked as delivered. The support was ineffective. I will say they we’re quick to respond with unhelpful information.

Do not buy from this company.

This Nallywear.com is a dishonest company that will never get a fair shake. I have personally been scammed and currently in the process of trying to get a refund.
I emailed there support team and they replied to the email I sent them. They requested a picture of the shipping label and picture of the product.
When I sent what they requested I receive a message that said could not locate address.
So I will never ever order from this company. I hope to receive my money.

These pants are not what the company claims they are! The size is so far off, not true to size at all and then they don’t want to make it right truly a scam of a company! They just want your money!
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They do not respond to you. I ordered 4 bras. I have not received the bras even after 4 emails nor have I received my money back. Do not use them. They are crooks

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered 3 specific band and cup size bras, received 2 3Xl and 1 with no label. Cups are way to small, company offers to send correct size if I pay $15 more dollars. I don’t trust them to send correct size since they already did not send correct size! Or they will refund me 10% of purchase price. After multiple emails to the company, they were up to 30% refund of purchase price and have now stopped communicating with me! Complete Scam!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of women’s pants. They were too big and shiny. Awful colors!, tried to return them if you could talk to a real person. On a 42.00 purchase I got 7.49 back or if I wanted to pay shipping to return them to Vietnam, NEVER buy anything from these people?,

I ordered two pairs of pants. They arrived and are junk: cheap material, some weird size with very small waist, very long area between the legs (about knee length), and long legs. The only address on the package was a shipping company and there were no order papers or any other papers included. It says report problems within two weeks of shipping date, and I hadn't even received them by the shipping date. After reading some of the complaints about trying to return or get reimbursed, I'm writing this off as a stupid mistake of mine and I will be more careful in the future.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star, worst company I have ever dealt with. Product is shit for quality and they do not acknowledge you for returns. Piss poor business

I would not recommend them to anyone., Didn't recieve my order but my credit card was charged the same day! A month later can't reach them, can't get phone number, they make it impossible! I e-mailed the help people, no help at all cause high volume of customer service! I am done! They are scamming people! I am a senior citizen on a limited income and this hurts in more ways than one!

I finally ordered an online product, how disappointed I am. My old bras hold up my boobs 100% better than these flimsy things. Material is bad, NO SHAPE to hold up.
Why advertise a how great these are, shame in you.
But shame on me for not reading the reviews. Back to in-store shopping. Never again will I shop on line.

Ordered 2/20 received 3/7 shipping came from out of country and went through 12 stops before getting to my state. Once received opened immediately and tried on. Not same as advertised. I ordered 42ddd the pictures shown before are what my results were the cups were way too small and too close together this did not lift as advertised and had skin from under armpits, back and spillage from not being correct size absolutely no support and yes ordered correct sizing. Pictures do not reflect item received and how promoted. I don’t recommend ordering from them unless you want to waste your money and their return policy is 30 days from order date otherwise you can only exchange for another item. Showed other people and they tried on as well same outcomes no lift or support cup size way off and not as advertised please don’t waste your time and money on this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of the Jean type pants, made for older women. I was really looking forward to getting them. They finally arrived and they were way too small I had gone by their size chart. I contacted them twice about returning them. I heard from them and they wanted me to send pictures of the shipping label and of the pants themselves. What the heck? Why couldn't they just give me the address to send them back. I finally thought this is ridiculous and read some other reviews. I saw where many other people had bad reviews about them. I figured that it wasn't going to do me any good to continue to try and send them back. I chalked it up to bad business and it was my mistake to believe that they were a good business. You never know who you are dealing with online. Shame on them for ripping people off. I advise anyone that is thinking of buying from to NOT DO IT!
