I've used NannyPaye for several years now, since I've had to employ carers for a close relative. I'd highly recommend them to anyone - having their efficient and friendly team behind me has made everything a lot easier!

Having now used NannyPaye for a nanny and a housekeeper, I 100% recommend them. Our experience has always been faultless. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always easy to reach on the phone and happy to help, no hidden costs at all, only the yearly subscription. When we hire someone else, we will definitely use NannyPaye again as they make the experience completely stress and hassle free.

Our nanny starts next week and everything has been sorted on time and efficiently. I have not had to do anything other than provide minimal information so that they can do the rest. Very pleased!

Really helpful company, very flexible and responsive. Really impressed by the speedy and impeccable service levels from Chloe Chappell in particular, updating pay slips over a weekend to help accommodate overtime payments for our nanny.

What a breath of fresh air! The staff are so friendly and helpful, genuinely a pleasure to deal with and head and shoulders above the other providers in the market. They are solution focused and positive and clearly know exactly what they are doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have used NannyPaye for more than 10years for all salary, pension and tax related accounting for our nannies.
We never had any problems with any of the above and in any questions or queries were dealt with friendly and swiftly.

We have used them for seven years and they were always very helpful and keen to do as much as possible for us. This was especially notice during furlough when a lot of extra work was needed on their part...and done...at no extra cost. Their documentation and calculations were always correct and up to date.

I've been using NannyPaye for about 18 months and I have always found them really helpful, quick to respond and have generally made being a nanny employer much simpler. Sadly I've had to let my Nanny go, but Shelly has made the process much simpler for me in sorting out all the final bits and pieces for the end of the contract. Thank you Shelly and the team!

Nannypaye are the most helpful company I have ever dealt with. As a first time employer of a nanny I was at a loss where to start. Nannypaye helped me navigate all the HMRC requirements, NI contributions, pensions and contact. Everyone I have spoken to has been well informed and really good at explaining. They always answer the phone and reply to emails. Just fantastic. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.
