Toothbrush didn't arrive and I am being constantly told to wait longer.
Ive asked for refund but just getting told to wait
I have now had an email from the company asking if I would consider removing my review!!!

It’s so soft. I actually enjoy cleaning my teeth. It feels like it’s not rubbing your gums away. I have only started using my new Nano tooth brush and my teeth are looking so much cleaner.

I suffer with inflamed gums and thought I would give this brush a try.
I am so glad I took the plunge, as the brush is so soft in your gums but you get a brilliant clean every time. I even bought the toothpaste which is so refreshing too

I hate soft toothbrushes and this is a soft toothbrush! But it actually leaves your teeth looking and feeling really clean. Really soft and gentle on gums

Updated 6 April. I have checked my spam folder as I did when I was waiting for replies and received nothing. Also in my email that you said you replied to I asked that another toothbrush be sent. I will send another email now stating the same but no doubt your reply will not reach me. Order number 19462. I paid for toothpaste serum and was supposed to get a brush free because I had subscribed. However, when I received the packet it was split and there was no brush in there. I have emailed the company three times and received no response so I have cancelled my subscription. Such poor customer service when they can't even respond to three emails.

I like the feel of my teeth after I've brushed & no bleeding from my gums.

I don't have great dexterity because of health conditions, so for me, the hand grip area is too narrow/slippy - I find that the brush spins in my hand as I cannot grip it properly

Extra and long bristles make it more efficient but I find them still a bit too soft to remove food between teeth when brushing.

Nano brush arrived promptly very gentle on my teeth and gums ideal for everyday use and holidays Great price

Ordered this toothbrush with a bit of trepidation. Wow it is so soft and lovely to use. Make all my other toothbrushes look old fashioned.
Would definitely say to.people buy it. Its just lovely 😍

Really soft. Usually use a hard brush but loving this toothbrush. The toothpaste is yummy, lovely feeling after brushing

Bought for my son who has Epidermolysis Bullosa, we has struggled for 18 years to find a tooth brush which doesn’t cause friction & blistering to his gums…well our search has ended!! Fantastic, I’ve passed on the company’s details to the specialist nurses & dermatologist for the EB community. Thank you he’s very happy & I would 100% recommend for fragile & sensitive gums

This toothbrush has improved my gums, and i can be more vigorous brushing them now, my gums are never sore and they never bleed, its a much better experience

The soft compact brushes are so lovely to use, no bleeding, just beautifully clean teeth and gums

The best toothbrush I have ever used. I had been using an electric toothbrush but my sensitive teeth and receding, over age 70, gums were not happy. I changed to Nano toothbrush and any food that was still there, even after flossing, was removed. Gums & teeth happy.

Love this toothbrush. I have very sensitive gums so appreciate the softness of the bristles. Still gives me the feeling of having brushed my teeth well. The handle is also a good length and very comfortable to use.

Part of my order was missing. I have tried to contact the company via email and socials, with zero response.
I would be nervous of anyone ordering from them and getting the same experience.
Best avoid.
