I ordered two of the glasses cases as my existing cases were too big to fit comfortably in my pocket or handbag . I am delighted with the products that were delivered. They protect the lenses but fit easily into my bag and also look really good. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service with great quality products. The glasses cases make fantastic presents and are so useful. Love all the colour and pattern choices. Great phone accessories too - the straps were good stocking fillers

Great customer service from this company, after my first order got lost by Royal mail and after contacting them to tell them I hasn't received my order they replaced it immediately.
This case will be very useful on my holidays and evenings out when I take a much smaller handbag. Great colour and nice magnetic clip.

I love these glasses cases. They are well designed and have a variety of colours. I have bought quite a few of these for myself and as gifts over the years. They are very compact and they fit in small handbags. The closure is magnetic which is very useful. The customer service team support is excellent.

Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt service - my case arrived today. (I ordered it on 2 March and received it on 5 March.) It's a lovely pale blue - exactly as described - and well made. I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a "new" company ("new" to me, at least) but I have been very pleased with the service and with the product.

Ordered on Friday and Delivered on Monday, only bought two as I thought they needed road testing on my glasses first, brilliant idea and saves so much space that I am off to buy more for friends and family and keeping these

I usually never buy a product off companies spamming Facebook or instagram :). I made an exception because I really wanted a slimmer solution for my sunglasses.

Great quality product, I really couldn't be happier. Delivery was very quick! Very giftable packaging. Like that I could pay via PayPal, this always gives me an extra level of comfort when buying from a new company.

Ho effettuato un ordine circa una quindicina di giorni prima di Natale, sperando che il pacco potesse arrivare come indicato sul sito entro 8-15 giorni dall'ordine. Non è andata così. Il pacco non è arrivato entro Natale ed in più c è stato un problema con il mio indirizzo. A problema sollevato, il supporto NAOA si è mosso subito. Rispondendo alle mail inviate e contattando il corriere. Trovato l'inghippo dell' indirizzo non completo, si sono mossi per rifare un ulteriore ordine dopo mia conferma. Sicuramente a Natale ci sono tanti imprevisti di tempistiche sulla spedizione, che non dipendono dal venditore. Ma quello che fa la differenza è come il venditore reagisce alla problematica. Ho apprezzato la loro disponibilità e la velocità con cui si sono presi in carico la problematica da me riscontrata.

I’ve struggled to find slim cases that fit my sunglasses and now i’ve downsized the bag I use for exploring on holidays, was starting to think i’d have to upsize. But no, the Naoa fushia pink case is perfect. Slips in my mini crossbody no problem.

I ordered 2 cases 16th December, the delivery was really late (more than 1 month), and at the beginning the customer support seems not to answer. Finally I received my nice items and I got some messages from NAOA, they're refound me for the problem I experienced with the delivery.

A perfect experience. I ordered two glasses cases with which I am delighted. They are beautifully made and exquisitely packaged. Each is a joy to use. On ordering a missed claiming the introductory order offer. I contacted customer services who rectified this for me. They were prompt and polite with no quibble, such a refreshing experience. The order tracking system kept me informed about the progress of my order too.

I ordered a number of cases as Christmas presents, and they have yet to arrive. I’m in Ireland and they have travelled to the Netherlands for some reason, the tracking is atrocious. I have been in contact before Christmas only to be told at that stage they were unlikely to arrive on time for Christmas. No response to further emails, at this stage I doubt I’ll ever receive them and really would just prefer a refund so I can rebuy some other Christmas gifts.

As someone who has just started wearing glasses, this product is a game changer. I am struggling to get used to carrying my reading glasses out with me due to the bulk of their case. With NAOA’s slim glasses protector, I can take them everywhere now. It is so well made and looks great. We have given these out as gifts following loads of compliments and intrigue about the cases. That aside, the Customer Service is outstanding. We had a shippping issue that was rectified immediately without any fuss. Fabulous products and amazing value for money!

Great customer service ! When my parcel arrived it had been tampered with and one item was missing . I contacted NAOA on a Sunday and they responded very promptly and dispatched a replacement without delay . The glasses case is a great product.

The glasses case is made from excellent materials and the colours are really attractive.
The NAOA staff provided professional assistance in resolving a shipping issue that was clearly caused by the Italian postal service. The customer service team was responsive and very friendly.

The team at Naoa was fantastic, they took me through the return ( wrong order by me) kept me informed all the way. I felt like an important customer from the onset. The items ordered were first class and really good quality. I have never dealt with a company so customer focused before and wish them all the best in the future .

Their glasses cases are brilliant.
Bought one of their alcohol based, battery operated disinfectant misters. Nice design but very poor performance. The product was quickly replaced. However, it now looks as though they have removed the product from their website. Would have welcomed some communication as to why....

Love the glasses cases. I did have a problem with one of them but NAOA were extremely polite, quick and efficient in responding to my issue and sending me out a replacement case.

Great products and great customer service. I’ve bought several cases for gifts now, as mine are always admired when friends see them. They’re slim enough for a pocket or small bag but still protective.
