Communication was outstanding. He was always quick to respond via WhatsApp, whether by text or call, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What I really appreciated was how approachable he was. As a web designer, he explained everything clearly without being overly technical, which was perfect for me since I have very little knowledge of websites or technology.

Tomek took even the smallest ideas and turned them into something far better than I could have imagined. I often only gave him a rough direction, and he brought it to life with creativity and professionalism.
