Nous avons rempli le formulaire dâinscription, juste quelques informations basique de la société. On a choisi par prudence la révision du dossier à 100 euros. Directement on reçu la pro forma. Et des mails de relance pour payer. Une fois payé, on a reçu un mail disant quâils allaient nous faire parvenir une liste de documents à fournir, et rien, aprÚs une semaine, je les relance, pas de réponse, aprÚs 2 semaines je renvoi un mail pour être informé des piÚces à fournir. Jâai bien reçu un mail, me disant, que ma société ne peut pas ouvrir de compte sans aucune explication, vu que je n ai pas pu envoyer les documents. Ce sont des scammeurs ne perdez pas votre temps à étudier si c est une bonne banque.
Very good banking solution. Simple, reliable, trustworthy. Narvi has my business for almost 2 years and I must say that I am very happy with it. Unlike others solutions out there Narvi dont have 100 different products with complicated terms and bugs all over, its just pure banking.
The worst payment provider ever!!!
No sepa instant as they state (they receive instant) and hold your funds for 1-2 days without explanation.
Technically very poor, no information aout transaction status, no notifications about incoming or outgoing payments. And the most terrifying is support-they dont read your emails for a day long and they dont care that situation is urgent. They can use your funds for a week and then 3 days they return it to initial sender.

I registered the account in NARVI on May 2024, and everything worked well, but on October 2024, without explaining the reasons, they blocked the account with a large amount, the support didn't give an adequate response, stating that there was no deadline for reviewing the application and that a compliance specialist would contact us. For our part, we provided all the necessary documents for the transactions (contract, invoices) in the hope that this would help speed up the process, but it didn't affect anything. As a result, no one has contacted us yet, despite the fact that 3 months have passed since the account was blocked. In fact, Narvi is holding our money hostage. they don't respond to messages, it is impossible to withdraw money, but they continue to charge for the service. I plan to contact the Financial Supervision Authority FIN-FSA Office of the Financial Ombudsman (FINE) and to the competent court, as this is unacceptable.
I ask everyone who wants to open an account in NARVI to think a few times, otherwise there is a possibility that you will lose all your money without explaining the reasons.

I got a Voucher from NEOSURF and in order to cash it back I created an account in their portal.
Neosurf declare this in their webpage: "Neosurf operates across EEA and EU under Narvi Payments Oy Ab. Narvi Payments Oy Ab is a licensed e-money institution with the right to execute activities related to the issuance of e-money around the European Union licensed by FIN-FSA (Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority"
So, Narvi payments want me to become premiun in order to complete the KYC procedure.
