Inspector was very deliberate in his work and took appropriate time to examine the entire structure. He identified many items - some which were relatively minor/simple, and quite a few that are not minor. He focused on his work, but also took time to explain his findings to us; his report was even more informative. Finally, he made himself available to discuss the findings.

We bought home in Hendersonville, TN as our retirement home. From the beginning of selecting a home inspection company, Nashville Home Inspection website was very easy to navigate. They had all services easy to select along with pricing. Logan was our inspector. He and NHI kept in regular contact. Reports were generated same day including detailed inspection results, photos, and recommendations. Logan made himself available by phone, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend NHI if you are seeking a highly qualified company.
