Placed order 1/30

Placed order 1/30. Was told would ship 7-10 days. I followed up 2 weeks later and was told same thing. Will ship 7-10 days. I was then contacted via text for additional monies for extra freight ($350.00). 3/9 I contact company to ask where my item was and they said will ship 7-10 days. Worthless people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The website represented the wire accurately.
Order entry was seamless.

I made a mistake when placing my order and when I contacted Nassau they helped me correct the order which prevented extra shipping charges

DIY homeowner

Great prices on custom length order helping to eliminate waste. Excellent communication after order with regular order status. Box was a little flimsy for such an order as it was a little frayed upon delivery. Overall an excellent experience!
