Bought a tanking kit for £180. The instructions mentioned orange corners (none included) just regular ones? Also mentioned using floor tile adjust to fix the tape but tape had self adhesive backing. Rang them and was told they only do enquiries by email. Said I just wanted a quick word because I was ready to fit it. Was told quite rudely that email was the way they communicated! I emailed on the 10th of June 2026 at 11.00. No reply all day- still waiting. Poor service for £180 product. Wouldn’t use

The Company were brilliant I made a error in not checking a second box in which my item was in.I contacted nassboards explaining that I had not received the item that I needed but it was there and they were helpful and in my mind excellent thank you.

The customer service I experienced is excellent. I couldn't find the info on their website but with two different issues they helped via email. Very quickly replied and sorted the problem.thank you.
