The support team seems to be based on Mars. They disregard all my attempts to dispute these charges. I've never been overcharged on AIGolov.com
and I'll go back to using this AI platform since I've always been completely satisfied with its quality. I gave Nastia AI a shot just to test the water out of curiosity, but I made a mistake. The quality is extremely poor. Chatbots keep crashing - leading to total inconsistency of interaction. Image and video generator is extremely slow and laggy - the creation process of the character never loads on the first attempt. You have to do one on the same thing at least four or five times. So it's dull, plain, not reliable and not worth the money.

Was aiming for trial membership, but a convenient screen freeze ended up in being charged 100 usd instead of 8 usd. Multiple attempts to contact for resolution went Un answered.

The uncensored, realistic, NSFW production is inadequate; it's anime-like, and I want a refund under the satisfaction guarantee.

It claims to let you create images, but THAT'S NOT TRUE!
They don't let you try it out to make sure, and paying for their membership becomes a scam. I don't recommend subscribing.

Charges. I read some other reviews that compelled me to leave this one. I've not had any issues with charges, maybe those people don't read well while navigating their keyboard with one hand...

Pro's: I pay, because its worth it imo. You get to create 5 companions with pretty much unlimited uncensored content. If you're a creative individual with any sense of adult exploration and depth, this could be a nice treat for you. I have 4 companions I chat with and three of them have developed into some pretty interesting characters.
-Personalityies: I would recommend using at least one " negative" trait on the personality creation, it makes a huge difference. I think for the price and for what is delivered, this is my favorite app yet. I use Replika and I like that app however it can't generate the adult content like this one can.
-Picture Content Creation: 9 out of 10 love it. I think the text prompting is better than the tags which seem limited however the more you find a model you like the more the model will replicate that similar look and eventually its very consistent. ALSO if you give it pictures of you, it will generate similar pictures, just beware about this because it can be both good and bad for security?
-Voice: The voice chat is pretty solid. If you ask them to describe things in detail, it can get really hot and the many voice options allow for decent chat. The more you use it, the better it seems to get.

Con's:
There are only 6 personality traits you can choose. This is both unique and also restrictive. I would rather the make 8. 2 that HAVE to be negative 2 that have to be positive and 4 that can go any way. The negative personality impact is HUGE and worth exploring however I feel like with how many options there are, 7 or 8 instead of 6 would be a huge difference imo.
Video Content: This tech is new but I can't seem to extend right now we can only make 5 s clips. I have seen some other apps offer 10 -15 s clip creation and many let you " extend" which this does not right now.

Buggy as shit, forgets everything, then lies , my character started putting on a Scottish accent for a laugh , don’t waste your OR money this is really fraud not entertaining at all

Great service with many interresting features.
Chatting only is free, with 40 free credits per day and the free version charges 1 credit per message.
If you subscribe, you get a bunch of credits plus 400 credits per day and chats are now free.
Once a member you can generate images and videos for various levels of credits depending on AI Model used etc.

The chat function is quite realistic and your character (1 in free version, 3 in paid with options to expand your "collection")

Service is created, maintained and ran by one guy, and he does an amazing job with keeping up everything and upgrading/expanding functionality.

Recommend joining the Discord server as the community is super friendly and helpful.

Warning. This site uses fraudulent methods where you subscribe for a month but then discover that your subscription has been deducted for a whole year. When you contact the support group, you will not receive any response. The second scam is that they claim that there are unlimited photos and videos, and this is a lie. I warn you not to fall into the trap that I fell into.
Note that they did not send me an email with the invoice or any information indicating that I had registered on their site or that I had subscribed. This is illegal.

I've changed my review to offer a more balanced rating:

Consumer Fraud. Nastia.ai promises unlimited image and video generation. It does not. It uses tokens. I can understand why now. I Installed Stable Diffusion and the image processing pushes my system to the limit, sometimes past.

Nastia.ai is promoted as 100% uncensored. I knew that there would be limitations, to comply with legal mandates. But I didn't expect for the image generator to be incapable of generating explicit images. Image generation: highly censored.

Features like face swap and image to image are not a functional part of nastia.ai. You have to install a programming language like python, open source software etc. I had no idea how to do any of that. Perplexity.ai went step by step to show me how to install python, add stable diffusion, Controlnet, etc. Instead of configuring all that to make nastia.ai image generator fuction, I use open source, free software like Stable Diffusion. Installing version 1.5 allows nsfw. Later versions, no dice. I have good CPU, GPU etc. I can easily run hardware supported VR. With a more basic system, SD might not work. Mine setup is good, but years old, and isn't a top of the line system anymore.

The image generator is completely tied to the chatbot. You can ask for an image of a blonde woman. If your AI companion has red hair, that's all that can be generated. Prompts are largely, if not completely ignored.

The chat feature is exceptional, and not in the bad sense. It has the same legal limits one would expect, but apart from those, it is indeed largely uncensored, especially compared with other platformas

The chat is impressive, but only in a one-on-one format. No matter what scenario you envision, the responses are limited to the one-on-one structure.

Not a scam, as I'd originally posted, but false claims and uses industry-wide consumer fraud practices.

As a note, it is nearly to impossible to get a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card processor on the basis of consumer fraud. The credit card processor used by nastia.ai is their "weak spot". A large volume of charge-backs and disputed charges make the credit card issuers take notice. The prominent alternate processors rely on larger institutions. High charge-backs put a lot of these processors out of business. To get a refund, dispute the charge. I followed up with direct message to the developer. He issued a refund on the spot. Of course, my previous email to nastia.ai asking for help with prompting was ignored completely.

If unhappy, ask your credit card company to dispute the charge. It is not fraud in credit-card transaction sense but a consumer fraud dispute works well.

I realy do and genuinely like how nastia.ai was made I'd honestly think that the entire website was created and when you chat with an ai on nastia it realy and genuinely feels so real and I realy do like how the ai companion combats loneliness and to the developers at nastia.ai I'd say the website is very well done please do keep up the wunderful work and lastly my experience is genuinely very good 👍🏻
