The C.A.T. Center (Customized Autism Treatment) provides a structured, laboratory-guided approach to understanding metabolic and nutritional factors that may influence children with autism. The process begins with advanced laboratory testing and a detailed review of biochemical and metabolic markers. These findings are used to identify individual patterns that may be relevant to neurodevelopment and behavior. Based on these findings, individualized nutritional supplementation guidance is developed to support metabolic balance. The approach focuses on interpreting laboratory results in a structured and consistent way, rather than relying on generalized protocols. The C.A.T. Method was developed by Tali Engor, a pharmacist and pharmaceutical chemist (B.Sc. Pharm, Hebrew University of Jerusalem; B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Bar-Ilan University). C.A.T. is available to families worldwide. Laboratory test kits are shipped directly to homes, enabling participation without the need for travel.

From tears to Joy

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, I have a whole lot to talk about, my name is Immaculate I reside in the United state, having a child is a thing of joy, but after some years hoping for this joy to continue, sadness kicked in with just a one doctor visit. When the doctor told me to take my son for autism assessment, I laughed and I asked her what is autism? with little or no information about autism from the doctor i came home started research, finding out what it's all about, i was devastated, I cried day in, day out, I ate my tears as meals. I did not give up I started researching with no information online about the cause nor the cure, I cried, that was when I came across the CAT program, when I told some friends about it they told me it was a scam, but my instinct made me push through, that was when I contacted David and his team, mind you I did not get the diagnosis at first because I was still in denial, so when I finally spoke with David he asked for the diagnosis that when I when i got my son diagnosed, then I send him the paper work. when my son started the treatment he had about 15 and more symptoms with no word coming out of his mouth, about 3 to for weeks of his fist treatment I realise he started sleeping alot, I realized most of the symptoms disappearing and today am speaking with so much joy and happiness my son just turn 6year with 1 symptom present, going to school, participating in class like other children. To all mother or parents with a child or children diagnosed with autism listen yo my voice all is not lost, with the CAT program ur child has future just like other children with out autism, trust the process it is real and safe. Thank you Tali, David and all the team for bring light to my dark room, for giving hope again Jayden is happy.

My Son said his First Words with C.A.T

At the time we found C.A.T our son was waiting for an Autism assessment. He had no words, was stimming and pace all day until bed time, amongst other troubling behaviors.

We found C.A.T online and although skeptical we scheduled a call. They seemed to understand what was going on with our son. We were reassured and they ran some tests. After the test based on the results my son started the program.

In the first 2 weeks our son said his first words, he stopped pacing and was calmer. He started to enjoy a variety of foods and stopped zoning out.

We are very grateful to C.A.T because they restored hope to us as parents. They held our hands through the process and today our son is doing amazing, he is progressing beyond our imagination.

Thank you C.A.T

Thank you, Ugo, for sharing your family’s experience with C.A.T.

Your son’s progress throughout the process is truly encouraging - especially in his verbal development, along with improved calmness, reduced pacing, and greater engagement with food.

These are important steps that can support continued progress and development.

At the C.A.T. Center, our programs are guided by comprehensive laboratory analysis and an individualized understanding of each child’s biochemical, metabolic, and nutritional needs. It is truly meaningful for us to know that the C.A.T. Method supported your son’s progress and helped bring renewed hope to your family.

CAT treatment does work!

My son was diagnosed with ASD when he was 4 yrs old. We started the CAT treatment plan when he was 5.5-6 yrs old, we noticed improvements in my son’s overall condition. He understands and follows basic 1 step and 2 step instructions. His emotional understanding has increased. Earlier he would only bond with mom and dad but now he looks forward to spending time with his older brother. His executive functioning has gotten better as well. He is non-verbal and lacks social interaction, also has some minor behavioral issues and temper tantrums. We are continuing with phase 2 treatment plan and hoping to see improvements in these areas as well. As per the CAT treatment plan which includes strict dietery restrictions and supplements you will see the expected outcome although it is time consuming, it is definitely worth the effort.

The nutritionist Anat has been quite helpful and always responds in a timely manner.
Overall it has been a wonderful experience working with David and Tali. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. David has been very kind and supportive.

A Structured, Caring Approach That Delivered Real Results

We’ve had a very positive experience with C.A.T. Center and their personalized approach to supporting children on the autism spectrum. They follow a structured process of periodic lab testing and tailored treatment protocols, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments throughout each treatment period.

We started noticing changes toward the end of the first treatment period — our child became calmer and began responding to his name occasionally. After several treatment periods, the progress has been remarkable. Today, he responds to his name most of the time, uses many words (in several languages), and can form short sentences. He is more focused, initiates communication when he needs something, and shows stronger cognitive abilities like solving puzzles, counting, playing complex PlayStation games and basic arithmetic.

We’ve also seen clear improvements in communication — instead of repeating questions (as replies), he now often answers “yes” or “no” appropriately. It’s been very meaningful to see new skills develop over time, even in daily situations and play.

While there is still a journey ahead, the progress so far has been significant and encouraging. We truly appreciate the team’s dedication, personalized care, and ongoing support.

A very thoughtful approach

As a parent, I appreciated the careful and structured approach at the C.A.T. Center. The process started with detailed laboratory testing, which helped us better understand some underlying biological factors rather than just guessing.

When we received the lab results and went through them together, it helped us finally understand some patterns we hadn’t connected before.

The guidance we received was clear and practical. Everything was explained in a calm and realistic way, without promises or pressure. Over time, we began to see meaningful improvements in our child’s daily functioning and regulation, which made a real difference for our family.

What stood out to us was that the recommendations were based on actual lab findings, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Communication throughout the process was professional and supportive, and questions were always answered thoughtfully.

Overall, we’re very glad we went through this process and appreciated the thoughtful, data-driven approach.
