So the "free shipping at 50 bucks" doesn't apply. At checkout it wasn't taken off, when my cart was around 50-60 so sadly i just took 2 instead of 4 or 6 boxes. Because with the shipping, it went from 25 too 42. ouch. Also you can't apply two discount codes (or more obviously) at checkout, so that was a bummer too.
I'll update about the gums when they arrive, I just placed an order.

I love this gum. Got an answer to a message right away; excellent customer service. The Honey Bun flavor is delicious!!

The company is generally good overall but the response time for any sort of customer satisfaction has changed.
Their system is not able to recognize changes with dates if a customer is a subscriber. Changing a scheduled date 5 days earlier for the order even with screenshots or an email confirmed means nothing on their end.
They place your order the day before the date it is scheduled. That can pose a problem if an overdraft occurs.
Nix subscribing and only order when needed.

Resorting to xylitol is going to be my go to rather than chewing gum at $38.00 every 8 weeks. Too much to dole out when one of their flavors literally melts and emulsifies right in your mouth with no chew factor. Almost 2 boxes out of 4.
Good luck having them to get back to you on anything in an email. If I cannot have a resolution many others are not either. Imagine that.
Only one time was there help with resolving a concern. One. After that it is crickets. They must only have 1 or 2 actual people working customer service part time because a bot is the only justifiable way to seek help for basics.

Moving forward to another option that is better to have with another company that has their business with higher standards. Mom and Pop building business is not cutting it today without the proper ethics at 100 %.
